“This is an incredibly beautiful place. It is on a peninsula into the reservoir with most sites having nice views. The roads are somewhat tight , but very doable. We never used the amenities so I cannot comment other than they look nice from the outside. The reason for 4 stars is due to noise. We like quiet camps and this location has too many people wanting to party. Also, there was a band at the marina which played until 11 pm. Even if there is no band at the camp or marina, many campers play their own music until curfew. The camps quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am. We admit we are early to bed and early to rise. If you like music and noise until 11 pm, you would likely give this camp 5 stars. However, we cannot.”

“This is a great RV park if you want hassle free staff spacious sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. I used the shower and restroom facilities once in a while but have my own in my RV, they are older but cleaned on a regular basis. Spaces are yo be maintained by RV renter (as common in ALL RV parks) some do and some don't. This is the better of all RV Parks in the area in my opinion. The down fall to this RV Park is the main street is used like a freeway, it's clearly posted 25mph, and people can't respect that.”

“The park has been newly paved and is in the process of being completely rehabbed. If you haven't been by lately stop in and check out the transformation The apartments have been remodeled, new kitchens, granite counter tops, new appliances, new AC/Heat, new bathrooms and new flooring. The new owners have replaced several homes and removed several of the older homes. There are homes available to rent to own.”

“There can be site flooding if there is a lot of rain. We haven't had any this year. Only certain sites flood, mine never has. Very well kept, safe, fairly quiet, helpful neighbors. Management is very helpful and keeps the grounds, pools, clubhouse, etc clean and safe. Large group of permanent residents whose RV is here and they aren't. We all know who they are and keep an eye out. Good place to live long term.”

“We spent 5 weeks in this RV Park and it was very nice. BJ (the manager) was great, he helped us setting up and always was very friendly and attentive. We have a 35 feet Fifth wheel and we had no problem going around. It was always well maintained, green areas nice. They also have a washer and a dryer, very affordable and the have a cool dvd movie collection there if you like that. The only thing that i can say it was not great was that we got a lot of rain (lucky us) and everything got flooded so if you encounter rain be prepare to wear your rain boots in and out, but all the area was flooded as well.
