“I’ve lived here for 2 years. It’s been a big transition from my previous home. Just retired and my plans were to sell my place and move out. All this time I’ve lived here I realized I only have a couple of friends or friendly people that actually wave or say Hello. Sometimes we just have to do what makes us happy regardless who thinks what. I love the outdoors and right now in AZ is the place to be. Outside. Two days ago My Honey and I were thinking when we use to sit out on the tailgate of my truck and enjoy the outdoors and watch people drive by. It’s interesting to see how many wave back Him and I got us a beer and set on our tailgate with in minutes our neighbors joined us. We were laughing and having a good time next thing we get an 86 year old gentleman, sharp as ever and with a wonderful sense of humor joined us. Within an hour we had about 14 people enjoying the company and beautiful weather. From this little get together we’ve planned to do this every 2 or 3 weeks at different residence to get to know and enjoy good people I know that it is Better to live in a happier environment then in a place where you feel like you’re walking on eggshells. We’re all Seniors here and we need to Keep living and enjoying life and keep counting our blessings Sincerely Erm”

“Its a decent mobile home park with great management. The Manager is a good guy, he's responsible and quick to respond to any issues tenants might have. Yes, it looks like the stereotypical "trailer park," but the residents are much more classy and clean. I know from family members who reside there that they have very low to no crime. When I visit, I never see any trashy druggies or other low-lifes I'd expect to see and have seen at other nicer/higher-end mobile home parks in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria.”

“55+ gated mobile home community with outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool (heated in the winter), fitness center (with two pool tables) in the club house, on-sight laundry room, church on Sunday mornings, BINGO on Tuesday evenings, coffee and doughnuts on Saturday mornings, dinners with bring something to share on most holidays, special events abound here! If you have a special event of your own that you want to sponsor, you can probably do that, too. All these amenities for competitively reasonable fees in a well maintained park. Oh, did you hear about the chickens? You won't need an alarm clock. Loving it! I've been living here for a year now and I believe I've found my forever home. Update: The parking areas and all park roadways have recently been resurfaced - all the way out to Center St.! It is wonderful to see such care and upkeep this community offers with lot fees much more reasonable than any of the surrounding parks in this area. Also, although I have yet to see these two features being used (shuffleboard and horseshoe) I have discovered they have these areas set aside for additional fun and games.”

They work with their customers to create an environment that is all to itself a peace of heaven, an oasis, a purified natural speck of true Manvel back woods. Rossi Properties LLC works tirelessly to bring the most fresh, surreal Experiences and unique qualities of their properties to their customers. This park is COMPLETELY SHADED! Not to mention there are several large ponds for fishing and trails for walking. The park has been family owned and operated for nearly a half century. The spots are affordable and the property sits in the vicinity of the southern Houston metropolis which entails endless restaurant options and entertainment. The park also is a half hour from the world’s largest medical center, the Texas Medical Center of Houston. If you are looking to enjoy nature, and the aspects of an aspiring city, a bastion of energy, come and stay here at the Rossi RV park ????????, you won’t regret it.”

I think that was around a holiday and the person shouted "show me the money" a couple times..no big deal. It woke me up, but I laughed and went back to sleep. I don't have any pets, but they allow dogs. I don't see any shady people walking around. The front desk is always polite when I need anything. Maintenance does a good job. Rooms a smaller, but nicer than most. I don't know her name, but I needed and ambulance one night and the lady stayed calm and called one, told me to stay put and handled the situation professionally. Turned out to be gall stones. I'd recommend this place if you need a quiet place for an extended stay.”
