“2017 Love this place. Some of the friendliest managers and staff we have ever come across. They are truly concerned and helpful that you have the best experience at their facility and all work as a well coordinated team to make this happen. We had stopped in for a few days which became a month and now we have committed to 5 months. We are both very happy here. We will update this review as our stay here progresses. “This place is a mobile home Park I know some people that live here is a great little area they do have one-way streets they also have a playground for children you can buy these mobile homes and own them and just pay taxes there actually relatively cheap I would say this about over 30 mobile homes there but there's also a land with each mobile home home it is a nice area in Rockland there is a lot of things around the area but you do need a car to get there I've noticed in this mobile home park that your neighbors are more like your friends they all help each other out I even stuck in the snow there and I have had people shovel me out an up hills that I don't even know so it's like a little small knit community everyone is really friendly and it is very clean they actually have animals that are allowed there and they have trash barrels and designated areas along with doggie poopy Barrels in designated areas it's a really nice place the grass is maintained the neighbors help each other it's like they're all one big happy family the playground is a good decent size and it's since then so the kids can't get hurt or get lost they have picnic tables mailboxes etc.”

“The negative comments by David Tufillaro are retaliation. He was banned from entering the park by the management. Someone reporting his actions is the reason. This is a lovely park and the people are wonderful. There are so many fun events like breakfasts, pot lucks, karaoke, etc. Whenever I drive into our park it has such a resort feel with all the palm trees. We have 2 clubhouses with pool tables, shuffle board, swimming pools, and spas. There is nothing not to love. The ground is not wet as one person claimed. The rent control is amazing. Where else in California can you live for under $600 per month and that includes water and trash.”
