“Jason, the new management is really cleaning up the place!! We stayed here 2 weeks and saw a change just in that short time. The community feeling here is nice, the full timers were nice and visited with us and made us feel comfortable there! Everyone keeps a watch out for each other here. The laundry room is nice with several new washers and dryers. A free ice machine was a nice amenity! The restrooms were being cleaned and redone as we left. Nice to see someone come in and care and make the place nice! The pool looked nice and clean although we did not use it, out of season. A basketball goal and play area for the kids to gather was also a nice plus. We will definitely come back when working in the area! The cost was also exceptional!! Very inexpensive!! Thank you Jason for a nice stay!”

“This place is peaceful and serene. It is small but enjoyable since there's a ranch behind with horses and chickens. This reminds me of my sister's ranch. The manager, Steve, is very attentive and helpful. There are many rules here, but, mainly to protect its occupants. I recommend this place to retirees, if we ever have a spot.”

“We lived there for almost three years and the manager here name mark is excellent in how he runs the park. If you tell him about any problem he will surely address it asap. You get random dogs and some kids playing around your yard at times. Just tell Mark and he'll handle it. Overall good spot if your looking for a country feel with friendly neighbors.”

“Wonderful people. Easy online reservation option! We are new RVers and we expressed some worry driving in to our spot so a local full-timer jumped in to help out immediately. The neighbors were all very sweet and friendly. Lots of kids running around, but very responsible and aware of their surroundings. We didn't use the Wi-Fi but they are planning on updating which sounds great. Very close to everything (less than 5 min) but in the park you're in the middle of lots of trees. Truly Peace in the Country feel!”

“Nice little cozy place. It's better by far than staying in hotels and it has more to offer inside. Although they need to invest in a little as far as their merchandise is concerned. The only downside is the constant noise of the freeway and traffic, but overall me and my boyfriend like it. It's different and the cost didn't hurt to much either.”

“Best price in the area by far! It's pretty quiet especially so close to the road. Tent sites on the right, rv to the left with a large field in the middle, great for Frisbee or playing catch. Fishing/ kayak in a small channel. Tent sites have a small metal grill, ground is grass, was flat and soft. Tons of fireflies (lightening bugs) in june/july, lots of beetles, minimal other insects including mosquitoes which I attract from everywhere. There is a bath house, with shower and sinks, it was clean.”

“Teka Village is a Mobil Home park. The People are very friendly, enclosed pool. Best of all you own the land and the HOH fee is very small. Compared to the ones I knew about in California, where they were owned by a business. So you pay allitle for care of the common grounds, pool and club house. Plus it's also a gated community. So you feel a little safer. It's also a senior park”

“Love this place. Right on lake Toho. Wheel chair accessible. Fishing, boating, airboats, bath house, fish cutting station, laundry house. The sites we rented we're normal size. Not big and not small. This is a beautiful RV resort on Lake Toho in St. Cloud Florida. It is about a five to six mile drive out to the park. Sherry and her husband were accommodating, helpful and friendly. The park is mostly year round friendly residents. It is close to stores, Orlando, Disney and restaurants. Uber is available in the area. I got some beautiful sunset shots. Highly recommend this park.”
