'sadly there are a few, bitter people, but such is life! Right?!?' Anyway, this really is a great place to live. “Great for family, although some people do not understand this is a place for family and kids to be kids, our neighbors were getting upset due to our kids ( 2 children ages 7 and 5 ) playing and running around, and not on their site I may add, I heard the lady tell my kids to go away from her site ????????♂️ all this happened at 3:00 PM on Saturday, I have always emphasized respect towards others so I made them play something else, but again.... this is a recreational facility, if you are going to be bothered by other people than maybe you should purchase your own land and stay there. Even with all that, we did not let it ruin our family time. We will be speaking to the facility's representatives about the unpleasant experience. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. We will be back soon, looking to summer.”

My first mobile Home it's very nice and Kelly the manager has been patient with me on my move she save my place for me even though she had others tenants wanted to get it but gave me a chance for my first mobile home me and my wife to be love it and also Jack my ???? love it as well ..staff is real nice they stay busy around here...the whole staff greeting me with open arms to my peacefulness ....it's quite over here. Love the peace..I give five stars to what I know and see no matter what other people think we all have our opinion on things in our life. If things were easy life would be easy. “I'm Glad To Say I've Lived Here For About 12+ Years First With My Parents & Now In My Own Trailer Right Next Door. I've Loved Living Here All These Years Susan Has Been Nothing Short Of INCREDIBLE. The Staff Members Are So Nice, Knowledgeable, & Helpful. I Would Recommend This Mobile Home Park To Anyone, If You Move In Here I Promise You Won't Regret It. It's A Beautiful Neighborhood, Clean, Offers 2 Pools, A Basketball Court, & A Park. Like Every Neighborhood There Are A Few Cons But Nothing To Bad They Disclose Everything While You Are Going Through The Process. (Back Streets Do Flood If There Is Heavy Rain) Some People May Say The Rent Is High But I Don't Mind At All Because All The Upgrades & All The Fun Activities They Offer For Family's It Shows Where All The Money Is Going. I've Seen The Trailer Park Change In So Many Great Ways & I'm Truly Grateful For All The Hard Work Every Staff Member Does. “These are the worst trailers ever. I suggest for no one to even attempt to rent there even if desprite. They do have rats and infested with roaches. When you bring it to the owners attention they blame it on you and will do nothing about it. I swear these people are only about money. My trailer there had rats in the walls, infested with roaches, mold was forming in one of the restrooms which not to mention i was 8 monthes pregnant with two small children under the age of 3, and my front door kept on coming off the hinges which anybody could have broke in and when it rained water would leak from the inside of the front door. So i refused to pay rent until they fixed everything but of coarse they refused and wanted their money so i stood my ground and wouldnt pay til something got done. Not only was i getting sick alot but my children was too especially since their room was close the the molded restroom so they wouldnt sleep in there. They tried to evict me so i took pictures of everything and threaten to call the health inspector to shut them down. I just ended up moving. So i suggest to anybody looking for something to not even think about moving there. . i would have even this place 0 stars but thats not an option.”

“Been here since August and we love it. Place is quiet and peaceful. I just wish there was more maintenance of the park and that the potholes be filled in, other than that it's great! Annette is an absolute pleasure to deal with she has always dealt with any issues or questions promptly! Will be staying here for a lot longer than we expected.”

“My husband and I had stay here for about a month while my husband worked nearby. Excellent front office staff.. Perfect couple for the job, very helpful. Eddie, made sure we’re settled in and everything was in working order in our site before continuing with his work. We had stayed here when it was called 4 Pennies rv park and it was pretty down.. The new owners are doing a excellent job on upgrading the Park for their tenants, I can see excellent progress. We’ll definitely come back again when my husband’s job has the next turn around.”

“This is an outstanding five star KOA! like most KOAs it is very clean the staff is nice but it is exceptionally clean and there are a lot of things for the family to do. They have miniature golf they have a blow up bouncy bed, a playground, and a little water mining table where you can have your kids pretend to be minors. There's also volleyball and basketball. They have restrooms and showers but they also have family restrooms and showers which was really accommodating to my parents that are 82 and 85 years old. We did not stay in one of the cabins but we got to look inside and they are very cozy and clean as well. Great staff and very accommodating. The young man who took us to our site came up and told us after we parked if there's anything we meet feel free to ask we're here for you. Very nice to see the younger generation being respectful and doing their job! The campsite is not far from I-70 but as you drive through the apartment developments to get to it don't be fooled the campsite is very nice very safe and secure! We saved this campground to our KOA camp app and we will definitely be here again!”
