Adjacent to the office, there is a laundry facility and a gym area for our convenience. A stunning pond with a lovely fountain and stocked fish is a bonus. For our furry friends, there is a dog park area near the entrance. The park is immaculately maintained and always tidy They offer really good wifi service as well. Paula, the owner, is a consummate professional who warmly welcomed our family. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. When you're in the Royse City area, come and see for yourself. One of the best features of the premier RV Park is its rural location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents. “We stayed here for 3 days in spot 20 and 2 cabins. They were so accommodating and nice. I got there after 5 (not realizing they close at 5) and they made sure I was taken care of. The cabins worked out great and were very clean. The park is very relaxing and quiet. We had a great time and enjoyed a much needed 3 days off.”

“To any potential tenants, please make sure when you call, you speak to the owner, Justin. We are currently in between managers, and if anyone claims to be the manager, besides the owner, they are lying. With that being said, this is still a great place to live, below is my original review, we've been here for over a year now. My husband, 2 year old and I have lived here for almost 3 months! Before deciding to come to SSRVP, we checked out a lot of other RV parks that were dirty and had questionable people living in them. We absolutely love how quiet, clean and how most of the tenants are friendly! From what I've seen from previous pictures and stories from complete strangers, the owner did a really good job with getting this place cleaned up.There are simple rules to follow, as there should be. Follow the rules and you'll be just fine. I love that it is family and pet friendly. We look out for each other here, and that is amazing! We are truly blessed that we found this place when we did, I couldn't imagine living in any other RV park around here.”

“We used the Rec hall for a family reunion. It’s a really nice facility. We used it several years ago, and now it’s been remodeled. They did an awesome job on it. First class kitchen, ice machine, nice, clean restrooms. It’s within a real nice RV Park as well. Good fishing near by, as well as a couple of 1st class seafood restaurants.”

“We absolutely loved our stay with the grand babies. We enjoyed the pool & the babies loved the playground. Our puppies loved the swim they had in the river. It was great to watch the ducks, peacocks and the goats. Nice trails to ride the golf carts on. As always it was clean & quiet. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommend staying here to anyone. Hidden Oaks is a Hidden gem.”

“I lived here for 23 years. It was a quite safe and clean place to raise my four kids. I understand it is now an all senior community but in the 1990's up to 2010 when we moved to Derry Township it was not. Neighbors were friendly and got along well. The lot rent was reasonable and affordable. We miss our neighbors at Candlelight Estates.”

“The owners are putting so much work into this place and it really shows! Bathrooms and facilities are updated and comfortable to use, and there’s plenty of space at each site. On top of that, they are kind and welcoming, and the area is perfect. Lots of trails for horses, central to a lot of the Hocking Hills hikes, and between two cute little towns with plenty of mom and pop restaurants to eat at. This place is a gem and I’m so glad we stayed!”

We stayed an extra night to visit with family in town because of convenience. Appears to have several residents that work locally but all were friendly. We biked the trail, fished in the river, rented a 2 person kayak, swam in the pools, our son played basketball and gaga ball, and the food from the camp store is really good. This place has it all!
