“This is our third year of enjoying Fox Hill RV resort & Campground. Love it here, our deluxe cabin was perfectly comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. The cabin was very clean along with the campground, so much for the kids to do ! They especially loved the swim pond and park . My youngest grandson cried when we had to go home. Everyone that works there are so friendly and welcoming. Our trip to this wonderful campground is always a great time !!!”

“I have lived here for almost 17 years now and I actually love it here!! There are about 48 homes, a centrally located office and locked mailboxes across from the office along with 2 parcel boxes. The lots are various sizes and each tenant is required to care for their own lot. Space rent is the same for everyone, and everyone is required to own their home. The rent here is among the lowest in the Valley. It's a quiet neighborhood even though it sits right along the interstate. Purple Sage Mobile Manor is only about 2 to 2.5 miles from the freeway which makes it easy for those with commutes to work. Just like any other small community of homes, there are occasional issues that do arise, but they are generally dealt with immediately. What I love most about living here is the country charm and feel yet being a few minutes from town. Overall, Purple Sage Mobile Manor is a great place to live!!”

“Managers very accommodating and helpful as well as very pleasant. I came up to go Elk Hunting and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The room was perfect….clean and comfortable. It snowed heavily and it was very cold….a warm shower, a warm room and a comfortable bed couldn’t be better. The Idaho City Hotel is a wonderful 100 year old hotel in a community with an amazing history. The managers Tara and Rob provide the perfect atmosphere when visiting this historic community. “This is a must when we come back home to visit! Although we enjoy camping here right now they have major construction on the South side which will wake you up early at 7:31 am. Beware if you want to sleep in. Otherwise no problem if you don't mind the bulldozers!! We feel it's a little pricey! Pool closed and with just water it was $56.00 a night.”

With the help of Katrina, Robbie, all the property staff and owners of Summit Properties, our move was made much easier. We are very thankful for all the hard work we received from everyone and truly making our transition less hectic and possible. Katrina and all staff involved were very responsive and helpful. “My family and I began going to Triple R Camping Resort for Memorial Day weekend 2022. We had a pop up and it was our first adventure out with our then 3 year old. To say we were nervous was an understatement. We arrived to the amazing office staff, which we didn’t know one was the owner at the time, and they talked us through everything. They even offered to help us park! The owner drove us right to our site and made sure we were all set! They helped us get wood and made sure we knew where to hook everything up. It sparked what was truly an adventure my family and I were so blessed to have! The facilities were IMMACULATE! And trust me, I am neurotic about restrooms! We couldn’t believe how clean the bathrooms and showers were! The splash pad is AWESOME! My son loved every single minute of it. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear. We rented a golf cart and it was great to ride around at night and see the whole camp ground. Every single site has a fire pit and picnic table ready to go. Well…. This terrific family weekend and the warm welcome we received led us to book two more times in June and cancel a trip to a corporate owned camping resort in July and come back there! Each time was better than the last. We got to know the office staff, the slide attendants and the awesome owners who literally oversee EVERY INCH OF THE PARK. That, right there, is what makes this park incredible. There is SO MUCH for kids to do. Play on the playgrounds, the jump pad, fish, swim, splash park, hike, play basketball or volleyball…. The list goes on. We had such an amazing experience each time that we upgraded to a travel trailer and became seasonal campers. This is a true family camping resort. Every part of it is family oriented. The activities, entertainment, cleanliness… it is all geared for FAMILIES! You won’t regret your decision to bring your family here. It is a terrific place to go and have fun, get some Triple R and make some memories! The seasonals are amazing and make you feel like family and every single person we have met for transit trips have been so fun for my son to make friends with and hang out with. Hope to see some happy camping families there in 2023!”
