“Yes our manager is pretty strict but it's all for our good. The park is very safe. If residents themselves don't follow the rules by keeping their house tidy and kept up, and adults and kids respectful of others they will definitely get a warning or worse. Thats why the park is a place if rest and you feel safe taking a walk in the afternoon or morning. If issues arise the manager is very willing to work with you. She and her supervisor helped with directing me to the right resources I needed to get some things straightened out for my home. I am forever grateful for them. Overall if your willing to respect the rules you can live a very peaceful life here. Love my park.”

“Pecan Springs was sold in late 2021, since then new ownership and management have been working steadily at rebuilding the entire facility. The expected completion is in October of 2022. Asphalt roads will be laid in early October. Management has worked hard to run a clean, modern property. Rules are enforced, grass is mowed and in a constant state of becoming a fabulous place to stay. Whether it be a day, or a year, you wont go wrong!”

“I stayed at the Saratoga RV park for almost a year. In that time I was treated almost like Family. I found the Manager Mary and her Husband Tim to be extremely down to earth people and very helpful and pleasant in any dealings I had with them. The rest of the staff were always great to deal with. The park itself was always in tip top shape. The new renovations currently happening should make for an even better experience in the near future. “It is big paved parking lot for RVs. Level. No ants if you park away from the green spaces. Not many trees except in the green spaces. The spots near them are in more demand. We were parked in the middle. We only had 1 fuse trip during the 28 days, we stayed. Extending our awning in the morning helped with temp by shading windows. Beware that during hot sunny days, you might need to carry your dog to a green space. There is a playground with a splash pad at the end of the RV lot which my grandson enjoyed. Price for a month 775 plus 2 dollar park fee. 777.00”

“Great park close enough to I-8 yet no freeway noise, about 4 miles west of City of Casa Grande where there's plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other services. This is an Escapees RV Club "members only" co-op park but you can join for under $40 annually online or on the phone, then you can enjoy all the services and discount parking the club has to offer at their approx 20 parks throughout the south and southwest. The fact that this is a co-op park means that the majority of the residents are leaseholders and as such they have a financial interest in the park and work on various committees and projects to keep the park looking and running great. They also have rental FHU sites and dry camp sites for short stay visitors. There is no cable tv in the park and wifi is available at an add'l fee, but Verizon has great coverage here. Laundry is very clean, and cheaper than most, clubhouse is open with daily coffee meets and social hours. Lots of scheduled activities. Lots are level gravel, many have concrete, nearly all have sheds should you decide to become a leaseholder.”

“Quiet place to take my dogs and Zen out. Really enjoyed the nature trail as well as all of the squirrels. My pups are sure curious about them as well as all the water foul. The river was a bit high this time of year, so not much of a beach to speak of. Will be returning with a trout pole to do a bit of fishing soon.”

“Really liked staying here. Even in June you don’t need the air conditioning that much because the campground is wooded and stays really cool. They were out maintaining the roadways everyday and it was really clean here. The only problem I had was the voltage was getting low ( around 100v) so my surge protector shut off a few times but that only happened one day when the campground was jam packed with people. Other than that it was great and fairly quiet. Lots of good food in town and plenty of lakes and forest land to explore.”

“Most of these places are rented out. Old owner did little as possible to keep these mobile homes up. At least the ones I know the people. Sinks backed up and never really completely resolved. Furnaces don't work properly. New ownership is in another state now and the maintenance people don't seem to know what they are doing. They just wing it. Hopefully Old issues will be resolved. So far that's not happening too fast. It's sad that all that matters is the almighty dollar to these people that run and own places, not taking care of residents.”
