“This is a nice RV park. It does have a rustic look to it. The staff is very friendly. The only drawback is the train track. A couple times per day a train comes through blaring the horn which is quite loud as the tracks run very close to the RV park. To make it worse, the train runs on some nights and the horn was blaring at 1:00am - 2:30am. YES it was loud enough to wake me up each time. Suggestion to the owners: You can contact the rail line and ask that horns not be used (quiet zone). If they approve it, they will post signs on the tracks for the engineers to not sound the horn unless there is an emergency. I've seen these signs in quite a few locations along residential areas. Maybe at least have it evaluated for the night time hours. The tracks should have a sign posted at most intersections listing the name of the company who owns the tracks with a phone number. The RV spots are not far apart, but are spaced far enough, and with the trees does give a measure of some privacy. Spots are pretty level. I would stay here again.”

“My mom lives here and bought her place for only a couple thousand dollars! Sure it needed some fixing up, but over the years she has made it a nice little place. The lot rent is $500 per month. Not the fanciest trailer park but it is very clean and has a large community pool with huge bathrooms and showers and lots of community activities, free air, putting course, small dog park and a laundry room. They have pool tournaments all the time. Overall a nice little place for 55+”

“Just wanted to drop a quick line to say that Angela and Samantha are doing a great job!! We had an issue and they handled it very professionally and it’s most appreciated. We are very happy here at La Coste Village and it’s because of their great effort! I need to rave about Angela and her husband. Last night we had a break in one of our outside faucets. My wonderful neighbor came over to help. We needed parts to do the repair. He called Angela and she helped us out!! We are so thankful to be in a community where we know we have great folks helping each other out!! Thank You, Angela and Justin!!!”

The company was eclectic, the vibe electric and all had fun playing classic board games telling old stories and eating awesome creations from the various potluck fares. “My wife, son, and I stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting relatives who were snowbirding in the 55+ park nextdoor. The sites are quite spacious and the grounds and facilities are clean and well kept. They have a large fenced off leash dog area, heated pool, hot tub, a nice clubhouse with board games, pool table, ping pong and small workout room. The only thing I would say this place is missing would be a playground. I work remotely using cellular data, the Verizon service was not enough for me to work from but the T-Mobile service was great, I was able to work with no issues including video conferences. My family and I will absolutely stay here again in future while visiting.”

“I have lived at Diamond Valley RV park since Augt 2019. I am very happy with management and all associated with the park. I am a disabled veteran and every time I go to the office for help or need anything done which I can’t handle due to my disability I get the help either the same day or the day after. when water or electricity needs to be Turned off I get notified and is usually done sooner than latter. I am totally flabbergasted by some of the reviews , these usually written by people who don’t have a clue how to run a business like this , and have issues with management for not following the rules and regulations or being evicted . Park has nice pool , clean laundry facility and huge dog park, they are constantly renovating and making improvements, and their prices are decent , and I recommend this place who are responsible and know how to follow the rules ….”

“I don't know how this place has a 2.8 rating. Small quiet park. Fastest internet then any park we have ever been at. Staff is friendly. I don't see a single flaw here. Nothing it's a great place to stay. They also had a spot for us last minute. It's in a doordash area if you do doordash. Would stay again. Their is a train that goes by but that doesn't bug us. Laundry is only 1.75. One of the cheapest we have seen.”

“The park is easy to find. And easy to find the destination I was looking for. The park was clean. Free or trash and didn't look cluttered or like a junkyard. It seemed to have plenty of room for new tenants. So if anyone is looking for a place to move their mobile home that close to a lot of businesses then this is the place to check out. There is a laundry mat and a convenient store at the entrance and located next to a Kroger. And across the street from the entrance there are restaurants to eat. So as far as location goes, this mobile home park is located in a good spot.”

I would like to note that They have gotten rid of all of the run down mobile homes and replace most of them with brand new single or double wide ones. Makes the park look cleaner. Can not say much for their handy man though hard to get ahold of and a bit gruff at times but he seems to get the job done Most of the time! But i write this and have only lived here for 2 months now so we shale see if this review needs updated in the future or not?”

“You will not be sorry if you choose to stay at this RV resort. They are clean, accessible and attached to a fully non-smoking casino that has decent restaurants inside. They have a small but clean dog park area. Small, adequate laundry facility. The pool is clean and tidy. Their staff is friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful respite if you need a quiet place, in a desert setting. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque.”
