Every phone call made to U-Pack was answered by a knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I was given unbiased information relating to my situation and not once did I hear a pitch or hook to sell me something. It was very refreshing and resulted in me giving them my trust. Every other aspect of our move was a disaster. But anything having to do with U-Pack was super smooth. Our driver waited a very long time for us to finish loading (we underestimated how much we had and had to leave a LOT behind) and was so patient. He understood we were upset, stressed, and exhausted at that point. He got our containers to us on the earliest day and set them up to be easy for us to unload. Every promise was kept. Every schedule was on time. All advice given was valuable and fully utilized. And we paid half of what a leading competitor was trying to squeeze from us. We're grateful for the team we worked with!!”

They were just very helpful and very nice about everything and I locked my gate open a few times and they would put a lock on it just to make sure nothing would be stolen. Call me up and let me know and then unlock it when I got there which I thought was really great if I ever have to have storage again I am most definitely gonna go to North Main storage price was good. I had a huge locker indoors. Easy to get to just a real great experience Whenever the staff is an excellent group of people, then you know you're in good hands with the rest of the place”

They offer a wide range of sizes along with a anti-theft locking system that I personally like. “Worked there for a short period of time. Regardless of the reason I have to mention a few names. The management team was fairly new with the company. I interviewed with a Shane then a Shantay. There were great. I was the only female on this shift and or crew team. It was a little intimidating at first being the only female but at the end of the day I can say that I've never worked with such cry babies before in my life, the men. My biggest issue there was how do you how do you make speed and safety work with problems. Unfortunately I was not able to be as fast as the men. But slowly and surely I was learning how to beat the hell out of a fork truck and stay very dangerous. The pay was great. I was grateful for the experience I guess.”

“The best storage in town with the nicest people. Very safe, police do rounds day and night. The sheriff came to my unit out of nowhere almost every time that I visit my storage after 7-9pm, until they finally knew my car and recognize me from tye distance..., too me that’s very good because it shows the area is safe and police care about their neighborhoods. I Never hear of any vandalism around. My storage neighbor has been there for over 25 years, some others for 3- 5-10 years. Jackie (property manager) is an excellent person that work with you with any issue. I’ll recommend this storage facility to anybody that need big space and privacy. I was a customer for over a year and returned the unit just because I moved to another city (03/2019) and my new place includes a big storage shed, otherwise I will still be there. You won’t be disappointed if you rent a unit over there. Thank you”
