I cannot overstate how impressed I am with the customer service I received from Robin Joyner who helped deliver and set up my equipment nearly year ago and returned to help me again. In a world with ever diminishing customer service, Robin Joyner was a shining exception! Not only did he come out to my house the same morning of my call, he treated me with respect and understanding from the first moment of a frustrated call, to the satisfying conclusion of being up and running. I’m new to tractoring, and he was reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable! I have at times wondered if buying the tractor and so many attachments was the right move for me; but with support like this, I know it was the right decision. If and when I need another tractor (or maybe a Chevy), I will definitely check with them first and foremost. Thanks Robin!”
