The whole morning was a nightmare and he took his time, he was kind and friendly and definitely put me at ease. He called me to let me know he was on his way, and even said hed wait for me to get there and told me to drive safe. He walked through a few things and made sure I was good to go before letting me drive away. Even called afterwards to make sure the car felt ok and had no warning lights. “My wife is the ultimate party planner, but in August, when she decided to throw her mother a surprise 70th birthday in September, I gently nudged her to consider hiring a party planner to make the planning process more manageable. After interviewing a few party planners, we selected Regal and did not regret it. My wife can give her review, but from my point of view, Regal allowed my wife and family to enjoy the planning process, as we were not stressing about all the specific details. My wife provided Pam and her team with a vision, and they exceeded our expectations. It impressed me how her team transformed a large empty white space into a Great Gatsby-themed event. [See pics] The entire process was turnkey. Regal used an event planning tool where we had a client portal. All event details and communication were handled there. I could make payments and receive reminders quickly. I acknowledge that emails, meetings, texts, and phone calls happened during the planning process, but it felt good for my family to show up 1 hour before the event and not have to worry about anything. In the past, we would have been running around for last-minute things. Finally, it was nice to pack up a few to-go plates and go home as Pam and her team handled the breakdown. Regal strives to go above and beyond; therefore, feedback-wise, I recommend they offer themed to-go bags and plastic containers for guests packing up food at the end of the night. The package is based on plate settings, but we could have used to-go containers for the dancers and other guests coming in and out. We would work with Regal again and recommend them to others. Great job!”

“Clean Campground and RV hookups. My parents came up and stayed a week and they're 41 ft RV with a tow behind and had no problem parking. They got a miniature golf course for the kids a water park in the summertime with fountains and splash stuff to play with but no slides. “What an amazing trip! Captain Robert and his wife were amazing and accommodating to our family. We booked last minute and Captain Robert made it work. We are in town visiting and our kids agree, the sunset sail was one of their favorite things they did this week! The Freedom is amazingly well kept and clean! We were able to help with the sales and our son got to steer it which he will always remember! We saw many naval ships as well as some dolphins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a sailing with Captain Roberts!
