“First time going to this location! There were banners that said grand opening so I'm not sure if it just had an over haul or it is actually new. My wife and I went here in search of a lap shade and it wasn't until the end of our trip that we remembered why we actually went to the store and asked if they had a section for lamp shades. Sadly, the associate we asked said they no longer carried shades. Total bummer but that's okay because the beginning part of our visit was enjoyable. We found a great and inexpensive ironing board that we've been needing, a decent selection of LED light bulbs that weren't been meaning to pick up, new phone charging cables that are 10ft in length, and a nice side table to help us completely our living room. None of these items were on our list of things to get but they were items that were reasonably priced so we couldn't turn them up. Their selection of simple electronics, like headphones and speakers, really caught my attention. Vivitar and Poloroid brands all over, and most were under $25. A great deal for Bluetooth speakers! All in all, I was very pleased with the aray of products, the presentation of the store, and the prices. Sadly, we had to go elsewhere for our lamp shades though.”

“What a breathtakingly gorgeous state park. My girlfriend and I camped here, this past weekend, and it is amongst our favorite florida parks that we've been to. Not only was it beautiful, but we felt that there was so much to see and do. We commented that it was like a theme park; "let's go to this part of the park to see this," "let's go climb the tower," "I think the scenic drive would be nice," etc. There were plenty of huge gators for us to gaze at, alongside nearly endless hiking trails. I was particularly amazed at the biodiversity in Myakka. There is prairie (my favoeite), tree canopy, a river with gators, a lake with a huge variety of birds, and an awesome tower that let's you see it all from above! We only camped for one night but the space was excellent. There was a spigot and power outlet so we could keep our phones charged. Finally, the bathroom at the campsite was huge and very clean. Myakka River State Park is absolutely awesome and Im looking forward to returning!”

They are competent, professional, concerning, punctual & so easy to work with. And most of all they listen carefully to my questions . I literally look forward to my visits twice a week. I felt very safe on the first visit & trusted their direction with my physical training, and it has been monumental in my quick recovery from my complete knee replacement surgery. “In the age or AI and online shopping, I have never been more grateful for a store like Nassau Suffolk Hardware. For my home project, I realized how important it was for me to feel and see things in person. I'll be using the door handles multiple times, every day, so I wanted to get it right the first time. Under Andy's guidance, I was able to make my decision on door handles and the finishes I want after a couple of visits. The store can absolutely be overwhelming for the first visit, so I recommend focusing on one thing (door handles, cabinet handles, etc). I was told that first too, and didn't listen hahaha (but you really should!) I ended up wanting to look at other things outside of door handles, but it became too much. They let you take it all in, but once you have questions and a better idea of what you like, Andy is right there to help answer questions and provide his endless expertise. It is very much appreciated because outside of knowing what felt good in my hand, my knowledge of hardware is non-existent. I also didn't feel rushed at all. 100% recommend this store!”
