She went above and beyond to fit me in that very day (Thursday) or even offered a weekend appointment—an incredible rarity. Dr. Yilan saw me that same afternoon. After a thorough examination, she determined I needed a root canal and took the time to perform the procedure right then and there, alleviating my suffering immediately. She made sure I understood the cost before beginning, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Yilan was gentle and calming—qualities that are so important, especially for someone like me who white-knuckles the dentist chair. “We stopped here for lunch while visiting the nearby Hagley Museum. It is apparently one of several in the Wilmington area. It has a cute name and the sandwiches are named after dog breeds (no cats). There is ample seating inside and out; most of the patio is in full sun. I had the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato bisque; my wife had the "Cocker Spaniel" vegetarian sandwich. The food came out very quickly and tasted as we expected.”

“Not a bad little spot. It’s right off of the lake. Plenty of room to walk your dog, play sports, or just sit and relax a bit. With beautiful views of the lake. Nice parking area surrounded by gorgeous homes. There’s a trail that leads to the water as well. So if you have pets they can cool off for a while. Very clean kept grass with no trash all over the place like some parks. There are trash can located through the park and parking areas. Looks like people are using them.”
