“Our Family has ALWAYS used Max Sass whenever their services are required. They have done my Father, uncles, aunts, grandmother, my brother and now, my Mother. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate their “above and beyond” service is to us. My mother had passed on a cruise ship and when it came time for her remains to be shipped to Wisconsin for burial, she missed the connecting flight! Max Sass STAYED there and waited for the next flight to come in. They rallied for us for the cargo department to stay “open”, passed their closing time, in order for Max Sass to retrieve her. This was a Friday night and the cargo department is closed over the weekend. We were able to inter her on Saturday morning and flew back home to Texas that day. Had it not been for Max Sass and their wonderful team, we would have had to wait til Monday and my mother would have sat in a cargo bay over the weekend. I would use no other competitors when their services are needed. They are kind, compassionate and became our voice in our time of need. Thank you cannot express the true gratitude Our family has for Max Sass. I highly recommend them.”

From the initial consultation call through internment, the staff at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel handled everything with such care and respect. (I will admit, I asked my dad to call around and find somewhere closer to his home, or to my mother's internment site. I'm glad he ignored my request.) After experiencing first hand how expensive funerals can be out of state, I was pleasantly surprised to see Bobbitt had reasonable pricing and several options to work with different budget tiers. I also love that they work with local florist shops. Ryan worked with our family to check off everything on my mother's Must Have lost for her final arrangements. Heshowed extreme care in getting everything just right. Tyler was with Ryan on the day of my mother's mass, and the two gentleman did everything perfectly.”
