“Great vet! Really cares about the animals and provides excellent care. Only downside is I repeatedly wait over 30 minutes in the car before we can be seen, even when I arrive early for my appointment. This is very difficult with a small puppy. I understand things are hard with COVID procedures in place so this may not be the norm, but would love if we could have a “wait time” heads up or simply be told when to arrive for the appointment so we can be seen.”

However, I checked myself in at the kiosk, which was very quick, and when I was seen, the staff were friendly. Also trying to get a hold of the pharmacy was so hard and I always had to wait on hold. At Prairieville pharmacy they are so quick getting your prescription filled and so easy to get a hold of. Also if you need something they don't have there they are so fast to get it in for you. They are so nice up there.
