This is by far but the cheapest place but is going to be something when complete. One note: Be aware that some sites run along a large four lane highway and there is almost nothing to stop the sound! “What a lovely park. We stayed at the Atlantic RV Campground and it was pretty great. Cross the dunes and you’re on the beach! 25 minute beach walk will get you to Fort Clinch where for $2.50 you can explore the 170 year old fort. Tons life of wild life. Deer seem to really enjoy hanging out near the camp. Armadillos always seem to be crossing the road, please watch your speed around here. We saw a beautiful sea turtle while walking to the fort. Not too many bugs in the campground, because of the proximity to the ocean. We got spot # 10, which I think is the best spot in this campground with direct view of the dunes and the Atlantic. The bathrooms are cleaned every day, showers are spacious with good water pressure. While fishing off the beach you can catch red fish, drum, whiting, pompanos, etc. Oh and Georgia is just across the channel. Stark teeth hunting is big here, too! Awesome, knowledgeable staff. We loved our 4 days here and are definitely coming back!”

We checked in after a hike in Hocking Hills and it was so nice at the B&B, we canceled our Next hike to further enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Manner overlooking Lake Logan. We saw deer, an eagle, and other water fowl. We then ordered Pizza-crossing at suggestion of the owner and had a fire pit and a great evening. The next morning they served us a wonderful breakfast and we heard interesting stories from the owner. We would come again.”

“Bought a lot here in the early 90's. I'm happy with our gated community. We feel safe with our security staff and have the sound many children (of all ages) having fun. We have a Restaurant, pool, basketball court, playground, Pavilion, remote control race car track, putt putt, beach area for swimming in the lake, fishing, Bingo, a Clubhouse, Post office, grilling stations around the lake for family outtings and events throughout the year for everyone. ONLY DOWNFALL IS NO LAUNDRY MAT BUT SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.... FINGERS CROSSED.... I WILL BE HERE FOR A WHILE AS I LOVE IT!!!!! “Pretty average hotel. Very clean. Room service is a little confusing. We were told when we checked in that room service was only on Mondays. Then we got a call asking if we wanted our room cleaned on a Sun. We see house keeping in the hallways every morning….not sure what is up with that. We did not have any hot water the first night but that was quickly resolved. If you want a cheap place to stay that is decent, this is right for you!”

“Moved to Woodland Heights in the summer of 2020 and l wish we would have found it earlier. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath and it was spacious, well maintained (pretty much like new) and all the staff is great. Whenever something needed to be fixed the maintenance person came the same day and fixed the issue. All the ladies in the office are awesome and will always listen, even if it’s just about the cold weather :)”

“Nice older lady runs the place, there's a charming caboose that unfortunately isn't being used for the office anymore because of stupid paranoid New York covid rules. The campground is planted right on a river and the feeling here is quiet and peaceful.... We arrived on a warm night after a strong rain and saw a hundred or more fireflies blinking near the bridge! The only thing I didn't like was the field sites, even the electric ones--the sites are completely open to sun and broiling hot by 10 am, so I'd recommend making sure you're in a shaded over site if its summertime. Other than the shade problem, no complaints!!”

“Great place to live and rent from. We lived there for almost 3 years. Quiet, clean, no trouble, friendly staff and privacy. We were blessed to be able to stay in a safe place and the owners were always there if we needed anything. Plus, there is a pond with ducks! There were also many different species of birds that would come and hang out as well. The mobile home we lived in was new at the time and ready to move into, very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath. We also received our deposit back within the same month we moved out, which if you have rented before, rarely happens. I cannot thank the owners enough for their hospitality, and just being down right good humans. (I never experienced anything that these one star reviews are going on about and it seems like it’s more of a personal issue with the tenants rather than business. I found it quite alarming to read some of these reviews because that is the exact opposite of how we and several other tenants are treated, who have also lived there for a while. Albeit these reviews were made several years ago, it seems rather suspicious.) This place was a blessing in our lives and I will never forget that.”
