You can experience gulf of mexico, and you can wade into the water most of any time of year. You will see lots of productive fishermen caring wild fishes. Liked this place, it has long wide beaches and not too deep water. This place is good for camping, fishing, bringing your kids.”

“I had to go to a hotel last minute because of a family emergency and decided to stay at the heritage hotel. This is my 3rd night here and it’s been really good. Beds are comfy enough. Room feels cozy. It’s very clean too which way crucial for me. The people working here are very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that to use the microwave in the kitchen you have to call someone to open it but it’s safer so it’s ok. I wish you couldn’t hear the neighbors so much either but it’s to be expected. Other than that it’s been pleasant staying here and I’m very grateful for that”

“Great park close enough to I-8 yet no freeway noise, about 4 miles west of City of Casa Grande where there's plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other services. This is an Escapees RV Club "members only" co-op park but you can join for under $40 annually online or on the phone, then you can enjoy all the services and discount parking the club has to offer at their approx 20 parks throughout the south and southwest. The fact that this is a co-op park means that the majority of the residents are leaseholders and as such they have a financial interest in the park and work on various committees and projects to keep the park looking and running great. They also have rental FHU sites and dry camp sites for short stay visitors. There is no cable tv in the park and wifi is available at an add'l fee, but Verizon has great coverage here. Laundry is very clean, and cheaper than most, clubhouse is open with daily coffee meets and social hours. Lots of scheduled activities. Lots are level gravel, many have concrete, nearly all have sheds should you decide to become a leaseholder.”

“Quiet place to take my dogs and Zen out. Really enjoyed the nature trail as well as all of the squirrels. My pups are sure curious about them as well as all the water foul. The river was a bit high this time of year, so not much of a beach to speak of. Will be returning with a trout pole to do a bit of fishing soon.”

“Driving to this area does not feel safe as homeless abound. Lobby experience was quick and pleasant. Guest room was a total surprise. Seemed like newly renovated and very clean. Nice, big and comfortable bed with refrigerator and chocolates on the bed. Staying in the room felt safe and was quiet. Only the surrounding area felt sketchy. Recommended.”

“Same Bowen Ranch camp area & trailhead, different entrance and people running it. Been going here 20 years & it’s a vast improvement. The roads are graded smooth and having actual facilities like bathrooms & showers available is amazing. The grumpy gun toting guy is still in the shack at the old original entrance to the Bowen Ranch, but beware that it NO LONGER leads to the actual Bowen Ranch camp area and hot springs trail because there is a new fence at the property line blocking the road forcing you to hike way around and use a new trail.”

“I did an extended stay with The Stockade Inn from 06/23/22 to 09/23/22. The room that was provided was very clean and spacious and it was easy for me to come and go as I please. They have a good size parking lot which was great because I drive a a rather large vehicle. I had a really decent size fridge for hotel standards as well as a microwave that worked perfectly. They have the best wifi known to man(seriously) and their heating and cooling unit was very dependable and user friendly. Security is good having us punch in our room codes to enter the premises so safety is a priority at the Stockade. Communication from management(just timing wise)could use a bit of improvement but was never a serious matter as they were always pleasant and helpful AND they were currently renovating and making improvements to the Stockade while I was present as an extended stay. They really appreciate their extended stay folks for being with them during this exciting time. The Stockade is located in a really neat historical neighborhood that is quite interesting and pretty quaint. I would definitely consider returning to the Stockade as I always felt very comfortable staying with them.”

“This cabin was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil, secluded get away close to plenty of restaurants for ordering in, or cooking yourself - look no further. We enjoyed quiet weekend getaway in December, and absolutely loved our time there. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and some down time away from the normal chaos. There is wonderful deck space overlooking the Great Outdoors, with no neighbors to impose. We would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!”

“Had an impromptu family gathering here in December 2019. Price was extremely fair and excellent bedding for everyone! Super large ceilings in a wide open space with our own personal balcony, that just happened to be facing the ocean about 150' from the penthouse - unobstructed. Looking to relax on the beach? Walk 50 feet. Looking to fish? The pier is about a block away. Looking to have a raging party with friends? Full Kitchen, Large Den/Living Room (with a 70"+ Cable TV), super close to multiple bars/restaurants and a bigass PRIVATE BALCONY. My family and I are discussing a week long rental later this year, just because of the atmosphere, peace and quiet, and amazing views. This rental was more than worth the memories and fun times shared with friends and family!”

“The staff at check-in was amazing, she was friendly, welcoming and accommodating (I preferred 1st floor). You can tell the room has been going through ongoing updates and if the bathroom gets a new tub and enclosure it will be 100% updated room. The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet 2 of the most important things to me aside from it being so impeccably clean. If i was back in this area I would book and stay here again without even thinking about it (it was handsdown better then a place I paid $1000/3days in Washington State in April so THANK YOU!)”

“Really liked staying here. Even in June you don’t need the air conditioning that much because the campground is wooded and stays really cool. They were out maintaining the roadways everyday and it was really clean here. The only problem I had was the voltage was getting low ( around 100v) so my surge protector shut off a few times but that only happened one day when the campground was jam packed with people. Other than that it was great and fairly quiet. Lots of good food in town and plenty of lakes and forest land to explore.”

“This place isn’t bad. The inside of the room was dated and The toilet is very low. However, it was clean with no smell. At night the place is well lit, and it was quiet and peaceful. There was continental style breakfast in the morning promptly at 6 am. I’ll stay at this place again if I’m in the area.”
