“I absolutely love staying here. I have stayed here several times and every time the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but they are trying to update it right now. I have stayed in both rooms with double and king size beds and both have been extremely comfortable. There is no microwave in the rooms, however there is a microwave by the front desk in the little store. The breakfast is small but tasty and a variety of different things offered. The showers are nice and the water stays hot. This is a nonsmoking hotel which I particularly enjoy but they have different spots on the ground for smoking. They welcome animals for a small fee and a large ground to walk dogs, which our dog enjoys. I am always happy to come back and I’m sure will be doing so in the near future as we come to Olive Branch on a constant basis for work.”

“Dr. Bough is wonderful HOWEVER the office staff if obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. Prior to surgery I left 3 messages for surgical scheduler which were not returned. The medical assistant did not call to advise special medication, that would take 10 days to get, would not be refilled unless we scheduled appointment - the appointment had been scheduled 5 weeks prior and we have been seeing the doctor for 8 months. Truly a poor way to run an office. I would give them a 3 but Dr. Bough is so good I couldn't do that to him.”

“Room was decent and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a warning they may not have an overnight front desk clerk. So if you are arriving late you need to call ahead. Location wise it is close to shopping and the airport, but it's not in nice neighborhood. It is better than the days inn next door by a long shot. Price wise it's very cheap and affordable”

“It was outstanding. My son's car had a windshield wiper transmission failure at the start of a 13 hour drive to visit us over the holidays. We got an appointment right away, which was great. The net cost was zero because it was something GMC had a recall on, and they washed and vacuumed the car on top of that. Mike, our service person was very friendly and helpful. As an overall experience, we're calling it the Christmas miracle. You guys are great! Thank you.”

“Hotel is very clean and most staff were friendly. When I checked in late Wednesday night, the front desk staff was very accommodating. She graciously explained everything in detail from breakfast to parking with a smile on her face. Being a travel nurse I stay at Marriott hotels quite often throughout the year and this was by far one of the cleanest. When I asked to extend my stay, there was different staff at the desk who referred me to the website for help and nothing further. She was very short with me, but even this didn’t ruin my stay. Housekeeping does an amazing job!”

“This place is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I both enjoyed our stay. Vinnie and Louise were wonderful and friendly. The food was soooo good, I don't believe I've ever had a better breakfast! Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. It was also wonderful to be able to sit out at patio in the evening's at the fire place. I recommend to anyone needing a quiet getaway.
