“Dr. Sohail is a very knowledgeable cardiologist who takes time to make sure that I understand what’s going on. I’ve had times where I was really worried and he helped explain what was happening to me. Dahlia, his nurse practitioner, is a lovely lady and she takes her time with me. Jamie, the medical assistant is always pleasant to me over the phone and takes the time to explain things. I love the tech’s energy. Whatever I need to come in for an echocardiogram, she talks to me about everything. I love talking to her and laughing. The entire staff right now has been cut because of COVID. They have been referring all CPAP patients to a DME company since Mary no longer works with them. I really like the staff that they have right now because they’re not rude. There is a hold whenever I call though. I see only one person working at the front desk answering the phones when I do come in.”

“2021 EDIT: I returned recently and can say that the promised upgrades have been made. In the men's shower there are now individual changing stations. The grounds are well kept. There are only TWO downsides to this place. First, it needs more full service hookups, and second, the noise from Rt42 - which is out of their control. ---------------------------------------------------- This is a public park which rents campsites also. Basically, it's a field with oddly spaced water and electrical taps. As such the "spaces" are highly irregular. To make it worse the nature oaks are sometimes in the wrong spot. For example, lot 17, which is my lot this weekend, has an oak in the middle. I had to snake my trailer around it! Luckily I have a small camper. I don't know what someone with a 5th-wheel would do. While the restroom/shower house is newer, no thought went into its layout. For the men's the showers do not have individual changing rooms, rather there is one bench in the middle. No problem for me, I'm not shy, but ITS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE DOOR!! So it's quite possible that any child who opens the door could see a complete stranger changing, and any girl who happened to have the right angle as well. Is this really how the citizens of Plain City want their children introduced to the naked body?! There are mature oaks which provide some shading, hence the 2 star rating. US Route 42 is near by and provides constant vehicle noise. The sites are all grassy as mentioned but are also pitted with ankle breaker holes that are easily missed.”

“I took my son here for his 15th birthday present today. We moved here from Atlanta last year, and we rented gear for the first year to make sure my son liked snowboarding. We had no idea what to buy. Kevin spent a couple of hours with us explaining everything, asking my son questions and ultimately working with us on our budget, what my son liked and what fit him best. “Campsites were clean, well spaced, and well signed. We were tent camping, which was nice that they had it available even though their bread and butter is RVs. Nice bathroom, free showers. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lake entrance being kind of gross (lots of water plants, no real “swimming” area) but all in all a pleasurable stay. Check in was easy and pleasant, she even brought us over to our site in her golf cart. Definitely would stay again - site prices comparable to state park rates.”
