“Beautiful place and love the atmosphere. I would suggest not going during Florida’s rainy season. Most of the sites were flooded and swampy. We had a concrete pad, but only the premium sites had this. Also lots of noise from the race track on 64 throughout most of Saturday night. I would suggest you come in the winter and not come when the race track is open.”

“So far so good. The cabin is really cute and functional. Grateful to have the pet friendly option, I believe there is only one cabin designated for it. It's notable that the floors are somehow quite slippery... My kids keep falling (just wearing their socks or stepping on a piece of clothing/ something else that shouldn't have been left there anyway...) I'm not complaining, I figure it may be helpful for someone, especially elderly, to know beforehand so they can bring grippy socks or slippers. I also appreciate the close playground. There is no hand soap, bar or liquid, at either sink. There is dish soap at the kitchen sink however.”

“We stayed at this hotel for two days. I chose it because it was still close to the beach and the price was good with a free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was decent, the staff was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable it was better than my own bed at home. I never slept so good. The hotel is a little rundown but then again so are most of the hotels in this area. For the price, we had a great time. There is a bar on the second area that’s open till 11 PM. The bartender was very friendly and made great drinks. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

And he was even proactive in accommodating my need to extend my stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, WELL equipped, and the location is absolutely PERFECT! As a huge football fan, it was amazing to be able to walk to my “backyard” to get a glimpse of the Bucs parade! It was so hard to leave but I know where I’ll be staying when I’m back in Tampa! “I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.”
