“This park is so big and it has everything you’d need in a park. There are walking trails, pet cleanup stations, a modern play set for kids, lots of open space, sand volleyball court, and a basketball court. The park has lights so the play area is well lit in the dark. There are portable outdoor toilets and trash and available as well. It’s walking distance from my house. I love it!”

“Beautiful trail recommended to us by the visitor center. Not too long of a hike, I would recommend some bug spray before heading into the trail. But not too bad if you forget. Saw the biggest spider outside of a glass box, big as a small bird. And a small snake. Real nature real close to the freeway!”

“This is our third year of enjoying Fox Hill RV resort & Campground. Love it here, our deluxe cabin was perfectly comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. The cabin was very clean along with the campground, so much for the kids to do ! They especially loved the swim pond and park . My youngest grandson cried when we had to go home. Everyone that works there are so friendly and welcoming. Our trip to this wonderful campground is always a great time !!!”

I always end up going to other places around Central Park for picnics , but it is a really great and big area for picnics and just to chill and play some games . Right on the heart of Central Park , bathrooms are also near by . Pretty clean and the view to the skyscrapers is amazing.”

“An injured doe came on to our property. I had no idea what to do. I called the sanctuary and was able to speak to a very knowledgeable and helpful woman that educated me immensely. I am appreciative that she was able to calm me down and help! Thank you from those of us who are blessed to live amongst precious wildlife. We must be more knowledgeable about those we share our land with.”

“Dude! If I could give this place more stars I would! We spent two weeks chilling at this place on top of the mountain. Towards the weekend we had neighbors but most of the week it was us and the animals. It's a bare bones campground so be prepared to do without luxury! The camp host is awesome and the lady knows her business and her mountain! If I could, I'd never come off the place!”

“This park is a hidden little gem. I’ve been to many parks across the county and honestly this is one of the best neighborhood parks. If you like walking they have a nice trail about 2 miles that is safe for walking. The splash pad is awesome for the little ones. If you live around the park the walk to the park is even better. People here are very friendly and warm. The park also has a nice diverse population. Plenty of parking spots”

There are three distinct play areas, and an actual miniature golf course and waterpark. You’ll have to check the website out for those details. Aside from that equipment, environment, and recreational activities. The parents and children are always on the lookout for one another’s safety all while constantly having fun.”

“Nice park for walking, bird watching, fishing, or a picnic. Popular spot for dog walking, waste bags are available and people seem to use them. There is a boat ramp and a playground,, as well as restrooms. I go for the birds, purple gallinules are abundant, there's an osprey nest, wading birds of various kinds, and there are enough trees to attract various woodpeckers and songbirds.”

“Managers very accommodating and helpful as well as very pleasant. I came up to go Elk Hunting and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The room was perfect….clean and comfortable. It snowed heavily and it was very cold….a warm shower, a warm room and a comfortable bed couldn’t be better. The Idaho City Hotel is a wonderful 100 year old hotel in a community with an amazing history. The managers Tara and Rob provide the perfect atmosphere when visiting this historic community. Check in and stay awhile, you won’t regret it. Tom”

“This is a must when we come back home to visit! Although we enjoy camping here right now they have major construction on the South side which will wake you up early at 7:31 am. Beware if you want to sleep in. Otherwise no problem if you don't mind the bulldozers!! We feel it's a little pricey! Pool closed and with just water it was $56.00 a night.”

“Great time with my pup ASAP restrooms were conveniently close and open there's a playground and a nice open grass area where you can have a little privacy this park does close at 8:00 in the parking lot is not too big but I'm not sure if there's another side of the park I was on the playground area. Beautiful Hill to take nice sunset pictures. Water fountain by the basketball courts and handicap accessible”
