I love that she gives me a time to bring them and she can finish one in about 30 minutes, 10 minutes before she is finished she shoots me a text so I pick them right up. I hate having to leave them all day at other groomers. They always look and feel great after a haircut. She is friendly and personable, and does a great job.”

“Top Notch Customer Service and the Staff is so friendly. All of them were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the pets and even there products. The price of the puppies are fairly high. BUT...... what all comes with the purchase of a puppy, a cage (is the size of the puppy fill grown), pretty much a lifetime warranty, check-ups, food, etc., you actually pay less over the lifetime than if you bought the dog elsewhere. We looked at this Pure Bred Husky. I wanted to purchase that day but the wife was not with us. My girls fell in love. I fell in love. Just to give you an idea of how much it would cost to purchase a dog from Petland, the Husky shown in my Pictures below (8-9 weeks old), cost $5600. I was thrown back by the price, but when they explained everything that came with the dog, I was a little more comfortable paying that price. It is a life long investment to purchase from Petland. They are able to finance, make payments, etc. When we are ready to purchase a puppy, my family will be going to Petland.”

Cats are difficult to groom in general and they did a great job getting her mats and undercoat out while keeping her long coat intact. The grooming service was quick with great prices, and the location is convenient to my house. “I don't know how anyone had a bad experience at this store- Every time my wife and I visited, the staff has been super friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. Although not the cheapest place to purchase a pet, at least they haven't jacked up their puppy prices to ridiculous levels because of COVID (like other pet stores in the area have)! Both Pocket Puppies locations are clean, well organized, and the puppies are happy and healthy. We purchased our French Bulldog from Chicago 6 years ago and we adore her! In fact, she is healthier than our other "champion-sired" Frenchie that we purchased from a very reputable, award- winning breeder. When the time comes to add to our family, we will be back here for our next pup.”

“The negative reviews scared us away from this store until our conure's veterinarian strongly recommended that we stop in. I am disappointed that we did not check this place out sooner. We did not purchase a bird from them so I cannot speak to the animals that they raise and sell (though they all appeared healthy and the cages were spotless), but the toy selection is AMAZING and they have a dizzying amount of food and treat choices split into three separate aisles - plus a bulk section for nuts, etc. They have a whole area dedicated to foot toys which is something you don't often see. The regular toy selection was beyond impressive considering the size of the store overall and they carry good quality, safe toys across the board. We were personally greeted by Martha (the Owner), who is extremely outgoing and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to parrots. Take it from us, you should pay them a visit. Five stars!”
