This ATI is by far the best of any place I have ever been to, in every way. It is also the only facility where I have actually experienced significant improvement with the issue that I came in for. I've actually improved more than I thought that I could, or had even hoped to. The entire staff are absolutely amazing. My therapist, Jordan, is the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind, amiable, and compassionate therapist, and overall human being, that I have ever worked with or even met. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about her, the entire staff, or this location. Obviously, I don't want anything to happen to me in the future that would cause me to need physical therapy, but if it does happen, there is no possible way that I would go anywhere else but here, even if I had to pay out of pocket for some reason. I was at a point where I was no able to stand longer than 10 min without pain, or bending through my knees. All these issues disappeared within a few weeks after training with Dr. Offenburger. “I was told via email that the hours were 7AM to 7PM. I tried to arrive at opening time and discovered by looking at the sign on the door that the hours were 8AM to 5PM. I left and decided to return in the afternoon, but wanted to call first to double check the opening hours since driving there is a 30 minute trip for me. I called about 10 times between 10AM and 2PM and no one answered the phone. I decided to take my chances and go anyway, luckily they were open. Staff was great once I was there and I didn't have to wait long.”

“I've been seeing Allison for the past three weeks with a case of Runner's Knee. She has been such a help. She is very personable and understanding with me. With her help, I've been able to slowly but surely get back in to running much quicker than I thought I would. Allison is very knowledgeable and explains why she teaches you the stretches she gives you to do. Eventually my goal is to be able to stop PT and get back in to running, but I will miss going to see Allison! She is such a wonderful physical therapist and I would definitely recommend her to family/friends.”
