She took all the time to make a beautiful work of art with my highlights. They look so natural and blend with my greys you can’t tell. Then there’s Gigi who washes your hair like if she was caressing your scalp. To close the experience I went upstairs to this beautiful young lady hair stylist and show her a picture and told her maybe..” this will look good on me..”? She graciously agreed with a smile and then the magic….Eduard Scissors hands was a joke compare to her. She gave me a complete fresh new look and I loved it!! In conclusion I went in feeling old and outdated. Still reminiscing my old spa… I came out relax, happy, completely changed and feeling beautiful. Teddie Kossof Salon Spa is not only a hair Salon and spa is an experience.! From now on this is my place to go! For all my spas! “Food was good. The avocado toast it’s delicious! Went for brunch and tried the French toast which was really good, I just wished it included a side of eggs or sausage. Also, I tried the burger and it was very good as well. The food presentation was nice and the staff very very friendly and attentive. It was my first time there and I would definitely go back. Finally, the view it’s a plus! Try to go when it’s not too cold and sit outside right next to the Hudson.”

“Thank you to park manger Demi for being so sweet to us, we were having a hard time finding a spot to park our RV and every park in the area were booked up and not very nice about anything. Demi was first of very nice and understood our situation and was super helpful giving us information and finding us our space that fits us perfect. Rent is $800 which is so much more better than the other places that charge over $1,000. This park is cute and small, very quiet and my neighbors are awesome. Only downfall is say is there’s no gym and WiFi is very weak.”

“This is a very quiet, clean and respectful small community. April and Hoppy, the owners, are truly good people and will do anything and everything they can to help their tenants. I've been here for over a year and have been very happy with my choice. I've seen a few bad comments on here and feel it's only fair to advise that the people who are here have been living here for a long period of time, pay their rent and don't bring problems into the park. “We laid to rest a family member this day. This was my first time coming to this establishment. Price comparison to other cemeteries I found them a bit on the high side. Which is why I gave them four stars. There were a few tombstones that needed cleaning. Which also negated a five-star rating. Based on the price for being buried here. Needless to say the ceremony went off without a hitch. We did not feel rushed. The cemetery docent did an incredible job to offer closing ceremonies like a flower ceremony, dropping the handful of dirt ceremony, and taking care of the extra flowers to be placed on the grave so the bouquets didn't go to waste. Overall I think this was an incredible establishment. If you can afford it and you're living in the area and you're a type of person who feels they need to visit the remains of their loved one I would recommend this establishment.”

“I'm giving this park a 4 because it seems they have tried to make something as good as it can be under some pretty difficult circumstances. The park is mainly (90%) concrete surface. The bathrooms were clean but very dated. But the elephant in the room is the traffic noise. Holy cow ! The park is immediately under three major Interstate bridges. It just roars incessantly 24 hours a day. Pretty little river, the Guadalupe but man so glad we were only there for a couple of days. Nice attendants. Maybe I should have said 3 ...oh well. Good luck. Bring your ear plugs.”

“We stayed here a few months and just moved out. It's a great park. Absolutely safe. I never felt uncomfortable being out with my dogs at night. A lot of friendly people live there. After we moved out, our rent was taken out for the next month. The manager is never available on weekends. There is no emergency number. He is a nice young man, but can be a little slow to do things.”

“My wife and I love Suncoast RV Resort. We are blessed to be able to use it for our home away from home. Other reviews have pointed out issues regarding flooding during heavy rains, palm trees needing trimmed etc. while these things are true, we are confident that plans are underway to remedy these issues. If I had a specific complaint, it would be the loss of James, the former Maintenance Supervisor. From day one of moving in, James welcomed us and went out of his way to address any issues we had. If I was working on my site, it never failed that he would stop by and see if I had any issues or complaints. I saw him do the same exact thing everyday with other guests. No disrespect to any of the current employees, but it seems different without him on property, utilizing his people skills and genuinely caring about folks and issues at the resort. Funny how changes in staff can impact the overall vibe and feel of a property. Denise the manager has also been wonderful to us both since day one. She has always been respectful, kind, and accommodating to us. We hope to continue to utilize this gem of a property for as long as they will have us.”
