But they do have certain conveniences especially being able to buy propane and getting your tanks refilled right there at the park so if you're in the area and you need some propane don't drive all the way into Bushnell or to Dade City to stop off at 7 acres they can refill your tank for you right there”

“Incredibly peaceful park. Best park we have stayed at yet! Clean and spacious bathroom! Beautiful fire pit! The owner, Richard, is an extremely kind hearted person. The park is very quiet and private. The skies at night are out of this world at this park, with open view of the stars! It has Stalls, and a turn out pen. A Round pen. Large arena being renovated and a horse track being renovated. There is a 20 acre pond being dug that is going to be filled with fishies, for fishing! There are really peaceful horse trails on the property out back, in the woods. I highly recommend this park!!!”

“From the moment of check in I had such an efficient and smooth process. I was guided to my site and assisted with parking as I was by myself with the kids this trip ( husband was working) and the facilities and grounds were clean and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed gold mining, tie dye and laser tag and of course the water park/pool and playgrounds. The new general store is awesome with tons of additional amenities. The price seems a bit steep compared to other resorts but the care of the grounds, amenities, activities and friendly staff make it worth it!”

“People are kind. Lake is beautiful with lots of ducks, geese, a few beautiful cranes, loaded with fish and turtles, and there are two Eagles nests at the lake. There’s also a nice island in the middle of the lake as a wildlife sanctuary. The place has improved though the years and so far it’s also safe. It has a long history with this area. Oh, and 1 last point, `IT IS THE QUIETEST PLACE I’VE EVER LIVED!’”

“I have lived here for almost 2 years. I was very disappointed in the way it was previously managed as it seemed the place was not cared for & I had difficulty when trying to ask for needed things to be done. The current managers are sincere owners and are doing a tremendously super job. They have made many improvements to the community: removal of dead trees, trimming them so as not to damage homes, paving of roads & parking spots etc. A great blessing that they also have someone available for emergency situations and assistance with your home. I am grateful that is a quiet, safe place to live. There are new homes here that add to the beauty of the place.”

“This campground is well maintained, clean, organized, relaxed, and friendly. During our brief stay, we availed ourselves of the pool, playground, mini golf course, showers, and launderette, while the dogs enjoyed the fenced-in dog area (there are three in total). The comfort station has multiple individual full bathrooms, giving a very homey feel to the facilities. Our family has traveled all around the country and this is a very nice place to stay. “We have been staying here for a little over 2 months, and we really like it! It is quiet and serene in the area and on the property - with the pond, water feature, ducks, fish, and just the overall area. The property is pretty, the spots are all cement, and the other folks staying here are very respectful, friendly, and are not at all noisy; most have been here an extended time (so they treat it like their home, and care about it and their neighbors). The Grays are truly hospitable and friendly; Gary does a terrific job taking care of things around the place, and Clevone always has a smile every time we see her and she makes everyone feel welcome and right at home. They are easy to get along with, and to do business with. The utilities are all very new and the electrical is the best we've ever had the pleasure of using in a rented RV spot (and we full-timed for several years). In our opinion, this is the nicest RV location to rent in the Weatherford area. If you are not looking for a place with a pool and all sorts of fancy amenities - but instead are looking for a nice, clean, well-maintained, quiet place to park your RV and make your home - then we definitely don't think you'll be disappointed here. We give Grays Resort an enthusiastic 5-star review!”
