Having damaged my back 5 years ago and been through a lot of sciatic pain, I was offered an NHS operation on my spine and advised a 50/50 chance of success and 3months bed rest.
I therefore looked into alternate remedies to cure, or at least ease, the pain. I tried acupuncture, spine manipulation, yoga and exercise for about two years with no success. I then discovered the Forest Edge Osteopathic Clinic. After only two sessions, I noticed that the pain was easing considerably. After five sessions there was a massive improvement and two years on, I am still pain free - entirely thanks to Mr Watson.
If you suffer from Sciatica or lower back pain I know what you are going through, it's the most painful and uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced - I couldn't stand for longer than a minute without pain - I still have a session with Jim once a month as a precaution, but I'm 100% pain free.
