“Enjoy my short term rental stay here. The apartment was nice and quiet. With mostly all new equipment for the kitchen and bathroom. The patio is a little useful but pretty small. The shaded parking spot is great. The amenities around the complex are great, two pools, big flat screen tvs, grass, and a nice community house. The gym was my favorite, everything is new and clean. The best part of the gym is you can use it whenever! Only complaints are the dog waste everywhere and the mailbox.”

Rob went to my property on a Saturday when a smoke alarm had gone off do to a low battery. It was a vaulted ceiling he took the smoke alarm down and replaced the battery as I was unavailable to get to the property quickly. He is very good at explaining/discussing issues that arise and potential fixes. This was the second property Rob has sold for me on the last 4 years.
