“I had a paint spill on the back floor of my car and went to Cobblestone for extraction. In the process, the leather seats were damaged in my brand new vehicle. The carpet became an almost non issue because it is more easily repaired. I didn't hold out a lot of hope that Cobblestone would follow through and accept responsibility for the damage and make it right, Nor did anyone else for that matter, but ... they did! If took some time to find the right guy to make it happen. (he is from Leather Medic.) I can still see the damage, but no one else probably can. The color match was excellent and Shane paid for the repair on the spot. I appreciate that through the entire process they took responsibility from the start and never gave me a runaround or worse, excuses. That folks, is how its done! I had the initial work in the surprise location and this place easily surpasses the quality and customer support.i recommend this place anyday over the one in surprise. Unfortunately with time crunch and the last minute the only thing they could do was a temp fix. However what they came up with to fix was genius.
