He's very considerate and knowledgeable and treated my expensive new air conditioner with kit gloves including not putting any scratches on it. He fixed my air conditioner expertly. He walked gently on my old roof as well! He will also be coming a couple of times a year to maintain my air conditioner properly with preventative maintenance and cleaning. They're quick response time save me from having to spend a night in a hotel do to my unexpected air conditioner failure. Go with this company they are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau. “Good vacuum but the bags are so overpriced it's ridiculous. But it makes sense, since my Oreck vacuum has began service sometime around 2004. So they got to make money on accessories when everyone's vacuum just keeps working. I don't know when I'll have to buy a new Oreck but until then I'll have to buy the bags on Amazon which is My Oreck Store, lol. Five stars fo sho because the vacuum is phenomenal.”

“Is okay. One of my units the rubber gets stuck in the cement and I need to get a knife to open it once I unlock the unit. I have told them 3 times already, but they are not doing nothing about it. One girl come and try to clean it but even she saw that it was sticky and she Saud that she would tell the manager about it. So far nothing. I do floral design and am constantly in the unit, but I still have problems with the door. One Part is a good thing the unit door is tied so no bugs come in, but in the other hand is hard on my hands to open the door in the unit. Oh well live goes on!!”
