“Great service, my only complaint is the wait time. When I called to schedule an oil change/tire rotation, the receptionist said they had any time available. That lead me to believe I would be in and out fairly quickly. I even scheduled late morning figuring that would give time for all the early birds to clear out. I still waited over 2 hours for a usually quick service. Luckily, I had no where urgent to be and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and “pick out” my next Jeep. My service adviser, Kyle was great too! He was always smiling, kept me updated, and apologized for the wait. All in all, it was a good first experience at my new “home” dealership! Side note (I know fellow “non-maskers” will appreciate this): My favorite part of the whole experience was not getting mask shamed! “I needed my son's guitar fixed quickly because he had a lesson tonight, and one of the strings didnt sound right at all. I know nothing about them, and my son is a beginner. I googled "guitar shops near me", and I was so very fortunate to have called Glenn. Went right over, and he identified that the neck was actually bent, due to poor manufacturing! Only a month old, no wonder my son has having problems tuning it and was getting frustrated all while trying to learn chords! Glenn got us adjusted as good as necessary for tonight, but we both knew it would be best to send it back. He hooked me up with a contact that would taken care of us in selecting a better quality guitar. Totally great guy, knows his stuff, I think we found our "go to" guitar guy. Thanks a million Glenn! And SUPER reasonable on what he charged. No reason to go anywhere else for tuning or repair. If the kid gets good and sticks with it, might have to have Glenn build him a custom one! :)”

Metal in the eye, methanol race fumes that burned the eyes from long exposure and one other semi crisis I can’t remember-Image Eye Care was THE place to get help!!!
