“I've been learning Pilates from Geneviève and Stevie at the Body Fundamentals studio for nearly ten years now and plan to continue for many years to come. I initially came to the studio after having surgery and they skillfully helped me regain my strength and balance so that now I am able take private or semi private lessons at least once, sometimes twice a week and feel the progress every session! Using their expertise and extensive training they instill confidence, promote safety, and provide careful personalized attention and instruction while using the equipment and working on the mat. They have taught me how to access the muscles that develop and maintain core strength, proper body mechanics, balance and alignment. Their coaches roam the gym helping each athlete become better everyday. For example, I got a cue on a clean that made the barbell fly up! Loved it and needed it. Community matters. “I have known Nick since I want to say 2009 or 2010. I have trained with him on and off through the years. One of the best trainers I have had. He is fun but he also pushes you and knows how hard to push you. He keeps the routines fresh and never the same old boring workout. He rarely ever cancelled or rescheduled me which in my book is a big deal, but I know life happens sometimes but he never made it a habit. I live in Oregon now and I still prefer to use him as a trainer. He keeps great communication always checks in on me. Asks how the workouts are and if anything needs to be changed. I stand behind Nick he is a great trainer and is always learning new things in the training world. He adapts very well. Give him a try what else do you have to lose?”

I am fairly familiar with weights, and in good shape so a few of the trainers ALWAYS challenge me which I love.. It's one of the reasons I stay. 1star off, its "Boxing" as far as the name, but 9 out of 10 people do not know how to punch from what I've witnessed. I think that may cause a false confidence in some. However that's not the gyms fault, as we are all grown and can figure it out. This place will keep you moving, make you sweat, great atmosphere!”

“If you're looking for a great crossfit gym, this is the one! There's two classes, crossfit and fitness (more for beginners), and they are both physically challenging but can be modified for personal limitations. Everyone is friendly, and it feels more like a family unit than anything else. They have fun challenges from time to time as well. It's an all-around great place to go reach some goals! “This place is a great gymnasium for kids of all ages. The teachers have vast experience and are very professional with the kids. The only thing I frown upon a little is the price. The fees can be a little high for people who have more than one kid in the program. Also I will wish the coaches will promote the kids faster base on their talents and skills instead. I feel like some of the kids are held back due to their age. I love this gym the atmosphere is always great.”

“My daughter has enjoyed her classes here. I docked one star - considered docking two - because they offer a preview class that you have to pay for. This seems very odd to me. To draw in business wouldn't you want to offer that as complimentary? Secondly, after the preview class, we were told the instructor is supposed to come out and talk to you about the level you should enroll your child in. No one spoke to us. We just stood there for ten minutes and then left. The following week we came, and saw an instructor speaking in detail to another parent who is there for a preview class. Clearly they struggle with employee inconsistencies and communication. It shouldn't be difficult, the parents are literally standing right there.”

“We held our wedding at Seville, and we loved it! It is a beautiful venue with great views all around. The lawn was the perfect spot for our ceremony, and we held our reception inside- the room is large enough for a big event, and felt very comfortable for our smaller wedding with 40 guests. The seating was all comfortable, the food and service were great, and the event team was fantastic across the board.”

“I really can’t say enough good things about Triplex. 2019 I belonged to a local box gym with an option of group fitness. Pandemic happened and I built my own gym in my living room. However, there was something missing. I lost my zest for working out because I wasn’t self-directed. I missed group fitness, and I needed to find my tribe. There’s actually a social aspect when you’re working out with others that helps to motivate you and make you accountable to others and yourself. I was missing the sense of community. I did a Google search of gyms nearby. I decided to give Triplex a try based on Google reviews. Jolene was my first experience ❤️ I felt immediately welcomed by not only her but the entire group. The workout was exactly what I was looking for (Functional Fitness). I can’t say enough about how much I like the variety of the workouts, the equipment used, motivation of others and the trainers through personal benchmarks and fun activities to stay on track with your health and wellness goals. I’ve only been a member for a few months and I have received so many compliments on my physique, and achieved a personal life long goal of being able to climb a rope! While I was out visiting family over these past holidays, I practiced multiple times at Desert Moon Yoga. Ericka, the owner, made me feel welcome and right at home when I showed up for my first class, which is always something I look for in studios. For such a new studio, there's already a variety of class formats offered, and classes offered throughout the day. I highly recommend this studio to any other hot yoga enthusiast or anyone who is curious about trying hot yoga. “We have been going there for over 2 years. My girls started there in kindergarten at age 5. They had done basic gymnastics/tumbing for a year prior and quickly were placed in the future stars group after being evaluated by a coach. My girls only do the recreational program but they have something for girls and boys from ages 3 & up. They have a competitive team and another program that some of my friends' children have been invited to join as a fast track to preparing for competitive gymnastics. My girls have had positive coaches and lots of fun. I like that they see the team practicing when they are there so they can see what dedication and talent those girls have. They see level 4-10 girls doing bars, floor, flips on the beam, practicing vaults and more. I also like that they have several levels that your child moves up so they feel a sense of accomplishment. Every few sessions they evaluate your child and the skills they have as mastered, still working or beginning and give you this evaluation for feedback on your child's progress. I feel like kids can progress and the coaches are aware of when the kids are ready to do so. My girls have moved up 4 levels since we started. When they are ready to move up, they do, they don't have to even wait for the next session. Since we do recreational gymmastics, I feel it has been an excellent balance of conditioning, skills, and fun that keeps my girls looking forward to going to gymnastics for over 2 years now! They have gained strength, flexibility and confidence. We also had their birthday party there and it was great- everyone had so much fun. You can choose to go 1x, 2x or 3x a week to help fit your goals for your little gymnast. They also offer a free trial class!”
