“Great hotel nice and close to the airport if your stay in Phoenix is short. There is a refreshing pool to lounge at and a nice restaurant inside. The airport shuttle driver was kind enough to drop us off to do some shopping in between airport trips and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet is free as long as you are a rewards member.”

“I absolutely love it here. I never want to leave when its time to go home. The staff is friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The view from either side of the complex is to die for. Plenty of hiking trails the pools and spas are amazing. Very accommodating. Today I check out and I'm sad about it Lol. I want to just stay in this comfortable bed and take a dip in the marvelous pool. But back to reality I go. Thank you for the experience. I enjoy it every time.”

“My daughter lives at this trailer park. The management is very cooperative and listens to any issues you may be having however if you need any maintenance done on your trailer it might be awhile before they get around to it. Other than that the trailer park is kept very clean and orderly and is very appealing to the eye. Rent is a little high however, since Arizona has become very popular state to live in it makes sense for the rent to be a little high considering the economy as well. I would recommend this trailer park to anyone. It's very safe friendly and family oriented trailer park and it has a low crime rate because it is Under New Management. No felons are allowed to reside there which is a plus.”

“I was so sad to leave ! Tim is a great host! He provides so many amazing things ... sunscreen, breakfast, snacks, extra entertainment... you name it! The pool area is amazing to go hang out...The rooms are cleaned everyday and kept immaculate... Fresh towels and bath amenities... This is not a gross bath house type place...Where everyone hooks up.The place is kept up and the environment is not intimidating... close to bars and restaurants... I can’t wait to go back....”

“Checked in for one night at first cuz everywhere else was booked. Wound up staying another two. The family that runs the motel was very kind, welcoming, & helpful. Room was clean, neat, everything worked. No bugs. No noise. Nothing sketchy. Not a fancy place but definitely comfortable, reliable, safe, friendly, & clean at a decent price. Enjoyed my stay!”
