“This is the best church I have ever been to. The teaching is very solid and backed up Biblically. The apostle Paul talked about spiritual milk... well, at Barabbas Road Church, you get a meal. I have learned and grown so much in my faith since we started attending in 2014, and I never find myself checking the clock wanting to leave early from Sunday services or Tuesday night Theology and Apologetics classes. Sunday services are held at a different location, but you can show up here at 8 Sunday morning for inductive study prior to the service. It's a great spot with a good amount of room and a playroom for the kids to play while you're learning.”

“The most wonderful and helpful library in the entire county... In my opinion, anyway. Pre-Covid, the Pine Valley Library was the social, educational, and intellectual hub of the town. DVDs to check out, computers available for research, books at hand to check out plus the ability to transfer books to our small town from any library in the entire state of California. Plus, the librarians are not merely exceptional at their work, but they have also become friends. After twenty years of Pine Valley life, the library is among my very favorite spots in our small town. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!!”

“We are delighted to recommend Friendly Flooring! We received excellent service from our initial visit to the show room and through the subsequent weeks while the project was underway. We were looking to replace various older flooring with vinyl plank. Our contractor, Tony, is so knowledgeable and hooked us up with a painting team and an electrician. The owner, Jason, stepped in to help wrap up the project and he was attentive and yes, friendly! The dated floors are gone, and now we have a sleek and modern looking home. There were some hiccups in getting everything completely finished, due in part to scheduling conflicts between when the electrician completed a part of the job, resulting in the painting needing touch ups, and vice versa, where some paint got in electrical components and needed to be replaced. Jason worked with me to get these taken care of. My only complaint was that you have to be on top of the little details yourself and advocate for perfection as the painter seemed more interested in doing things fast instead of carefully. This resulted in doing several things multiple times which wastes time. Some of this was undoubtedly due to our contractor getting sick midway through the job and there were miscommunications. It all worked out in the end. I would recommend this company.”

Nice and wide open, good amount of seating, tucked into the surrounding trees and hills, beautiful place to stop and listen to music (live or otherwise) while grabbing a drink and/or some food.
