We actually messed up in picking up our order and when my husband reached there the place was already closed.. I tried dialing them for more than 7 times and luckily someone picked up. “We really enjoy having our daughter come here for the birdies class (10-19mths). The structure is great with the kids having freedom to follow the teacher if they like or roam around and explore. We take advantage of the practice classes and being able to go 2x a week for the price is really a great investment for our little one. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a infant/toddler development class.”

But the people there were incredibly kind and respectful, and when the class was over I wondered why it was so short. Victory Martial Arts not only teaches you karate, they teach you respect and how to love yourself. You learn to use your skills only when needed and treat people with kindness and honor. These skills help people with self defence, and how to do things the right way. How to live life with happiness. The teachers know exactly what they are doing, and even the students are kind to each other. I truly felt like I belonged in there. Please, PLEASE consider joining. It’s never too late.”

“I can't say enough good things about the team at Competitive Edge. The entire team is so nice. I had the opportunity to work with both Kevin and Matt. I will say that I'm partial to Matt, only because I got to work with him more. Our one-on-one sessions were always helpful and positive. Both Matt and Kevin gave great exercises that actually work. They're are very easy to talk too, and they listen to you. They work with the shape that you're in, and I never felt judged because I am not an athlete. I wish I could go to them weekly, which is not feasible for me at the present moment. But if I could, I would be there on a weekly basis, in a heartbeat.”

“A relaxed atmosphere with plenty of machines and exercise areas. My only critique is there isn't a designated place for stretching and/or yoga so if one wants or need to stretch, they have to lay a mat down pretty much any where they can find a spot. Having a designated room for this kind of thing would be really nice.”

“When I first visited Dr. Bina, I had a variety of items that we needed to focus on, among them chronic sinusitis and general lack of energy. I had several sessions with her for which I’m very grateful. There is this one spot she would put a needle that would instantly clear my nasal congestion. I also strongly recommend her cupping, I had a very pleasant experience with it. She is also extremely caring and attentive and takes the time to listen before jumping into the treatment.
