After visiting a large chain store and experiencing buyers remorse we happened upon Factory Direct. Randy was so helpful and made it a stress free experience. We got exactly the couch and loveseat we wanted at a great price and the delivery/setup was flawless! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time elsewhere. I went to several furniture places in the area, but this was the only place with actual comfortable and cozy couches. Also really good prices for the quality. A nice family owned business. Recommended to all my friends.
