“UPDATE: I have been going to V for every issue I've had with my 2004 car. And he's the best. Friendly, honest, experienced, and quick! I can't say enough good things! ... I took my car to this place because the check engine light came on and the car was jolting and failing to shift gears. V dropped what he was doing and immediately ran out to my car and did a diagnostic test for FREE. He encouraged me to hold off on repair unless necessary because it would cost appx $800, and he turned off my check engine light and told me to come back if it happened again. When it did, he once again stopped what he was doing and ran to my car to do the diagnostic test. Though I did not get any work done because of needing to go directly to my car dealer, I highly recommend this place! I have never been so impressed with a mechanic's promptness and honesty. V obviously works hard and truly values his customers. I plan on going to him for every issue I have in the future!”

Three other shops were unable to diagnose the truck and after 5 minutes under the truck he identified the problem. No upsells, no extra stuff, just find the problem and get it fixed. “Serviced: 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500 Roadster For the 2nd time, John, Derek and Jake have exceeded my expectations with the customer service, professional assessment of problems and timely repair...all without hassle and with precise communication back to me about what was happening. This was, I thought, a simple LOF and rear brake pad replacement. Come to find out, someone prior to my ownership of the car, installed the wrong rear rotors causing the shoe, pad and holders to slip out of place. This caused friction and smoke upon braking. The reason I know this, is because John explained the situation very clearly and I still got the car in about 24hrs, even with special ordering the new rotors. All of this for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I can 100% recommend this shop for your auto service needs, foreign or domestic. “This was an amazing experience. I scraped the side of my car (Camry) and managed to put a huge dent in both doors and the back panel. I googled shops near where I work and Gaby's got some good reviews, so I took it there. In a week, the car now looks absolutely new! Their price was significantly better than I got elsewhere, and they took care of all of the insurance paperwork, including additional stuff they found as they got into it. They even took care of a few dings on the OTHER side of the car at no cost, besides detailing the interior. I couldn't be happier with Eloy and his crew, and I would come back in a heartbeat. You should be prepared for a fairly informal shop; not a lot of paperwork and the place isn't fancy, but Eloy is completely honest, does what he says he's going to do, and I feel good about contributing to a family-run business where the owner's young kids may be playing in the office under the supervision of his wife.”
