“I heard about RGM Fitness through a friend who lives in Santa Monica, so I went with him to a Saturday group fitness class. I really wish I lived closer to this studio as the class was fantastic. Geoff the instructor is extremely knowledgeable, he explained all of the exercises and made sure we all performed them correctly. The pace was perfect, I was sweating halfway through the first round but not overwhelmed. The exercises were really versatile and Geoff mentioned that he switches them up every week. I enjoyed working out in a smaller group and everyone seemed to have a great time. I definitely felt encouraged to try my best but was able to slow down when I needed to. This studio seems perfect for both fitness enthusiasts as well as people who are just getting back into working out. I will try to make the drive and come back again on a weekend.
