“This is a nice small park. You can rent some of the shacks for over night camping. There is a bbq area with 2 stainless steel bbqs. There are 2 horseshoe courts and a large grass area for kids to play in. Finally there is a large fire pit area that can be turned on and off.”

“Like a five star resort for dogs. Obstacles, plenty of room to roam, and separation between large and small dogs. Plus a couple of wash rooms to clean Fido up after rigorous play. The developer could've easily put this in the middle of the suburban metropolis that is Escencia. Instead, it's on the outskirts with one of the best views in the area.”

“Love this park around sunset (very popular place for photos as you'll will most likely see plenty of photographers with their clients here). There are nice woods to one side and then a trail that leads through the golden grass. Haven't explored too much but I love the parts that are easily accessible from the parking lot! “As a local I love O´Neill Regional Park because it is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of South Orange County. Whether you are a local or a visitor, this is a great place to hike, camp with the family, and overall to experience the outdoors. I am not sure about the pricing for the camp grounds, but this is a great place for a trial run camp out with the family. Especially before a big camping trip that is 3 plus hours away. Enjoy the great outdoors Southern California has to offer!”

“As far as parks that I've visited go this is one of my favorites. Nice thing about it is it's away from the street traffic once you enter the parking lot. Plenty of green grass and beautiful trees that look natural and is home for the birds, lizards and bees, etc. Not like some parks I've gone to that look overly perfect so its like a plastic model park. It has a good path to walk through and separated areas for the sports players. Also three different restrooms and with doors to the stalls.”
