“Very nice and peaceful place for a walk, run or a bike ride. The parking is usually very crowded, but cars tend to park along the road too. There's a public restroom too, no tap water though.”

“This is one of the most gorgeous places for a walk in the Bay. It is a little tricky in places (rocks/roots in trail, just be careful) but for the most part not very difficult. It smells so nice, especially after the rain!”
Address: 28352 Jeronimo Rd, Mission Viejo, CA 92692, USA
“Nice place to walk. Some parts of the trail have moderate road noise. Creek along parts of the trail add to atmosphere. Did some birding which was good, two unusual species.”

“Our Family has enjoyed KELLERs BEACH since I was a child. It is a great place to take the children for much-needed "GREEN TIME". See the amazing Bay Views. Watch the most romantic sunsets. See native wild life and sea lions. Even enjoy family events and BBQ. Also a perfect location for photos.”
Address: W Ridgecrest Blvd, Stinson Beach, CA 94970, USA
“This is a fairly easy and straightforward hike. Great for families or people who want to be in nature but want to relax. This hike leads to the West Point Inn where you can have their famous pancake breakfast. Just be sure to look up which days they are serving. They only do it about once a month from May to October.”

“One of the most beautiful hikes in the Bay Area. It takes you all the way to the top of Mt Tamalpais.”
Address: 2045 Detroit Dr, San Mateo, CA 94404, USA
“This park has grass! Getting there via car is awkward, though, as you're driving through an industrial area and need to park & walk from the trail head to find the dog park. It's maybe 1/3 the size of Seal Point, but if you've got a shy dog this is a pleasant alternative. The trails nearby are worth wandering around as well.”
Address: Montara, CA 94037, USA
“The trail I specifically took was from gray whale cove down to montara mountain top. Spectacular views. Easy trails. It is along the one so expect road noise. If you can deal with that detractor the views are well worth it.”

“Standing on Grizzly Peak Boulevard on a clear evening watching the sunset go down through the Golden Gate, and the really great panoramic view of the Northern Bay is a must experience for anyone who lives in or visits the Bay Area...????”

“So beautiful! A real treat to be outside the city and experience so many different types of birds in the morning!”
Address: 2217 Carlson Blvd, Richmond, CA 94804, USA
“It's peaceful and has two separate areas with different equipment for different age groups. I was there after it rained the day before and there were a few puddles but that's neither good or bad toe but might be something to keep in mind. Parking is okay but not great.”

“This is a fantastic little trail. It has guide cables for the blind as well as several signs in braille. It's flat and the trail is divided for hikers, with horses and bikes on the other side of a fence. My kids enjoyed it; it's lovely for kids who aren't quite ready for longer trails.”

“While scorched by the Woosley fire in Fall 2018, this amazing hiking spot is making its way back to recovery. Our team estimates that by summer 2018, this should once again be a fantastic spot to come exploring again!”
