“I stayed here for two weeks, had no problems or issues at all. Neighbors all seemed friendly yet stayed to themselves. I came w kiddos and dogs, and everyone enjoyed their time here. Work staff was extremely kind and attentive. Very clean bathrooms, showers, and well kept lots. Gate access to parks, basketball court, and trails. As well as a gated dog run within the park. Conveniently located in the heart of Manitou Springs, this is a perfect location. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak and the incline, as well as daily visits from the local deer. Will definitely be back for my stays next time I'm in town! Laundry open 24/7 and reasonably priced!!”

“These guys were cool i got pulled over on a DUI which yeah absolutely not cool but what was cool was that officer Rathbun actually gave me the option to drive home afterwards since I didn't live too far away. Even though I didn't have my license anymore at that point. His words went something like "well if you're going that direction im going to drive in the opposite direction" I didn't drive of of course but I appreciated the option. Thanks guys!”

“PERMANENTLY CLOSED! These are the cutest, coziest Cottages in Manitou Springs. You'll have a little living room with Dish Network. In the Next Room is a cozy bed with crisp linens and puffy pillows. You also get a little area with a fridge, microwave and sink!!! And of course a bathroom. But the best part about my stay was being able to have my dogs with me and there's a wonderful forest that leads to Fountain Creek behind this Motel. I'll definitely stay there again, when I return home to visit! Thanks Guys!!”

“This restaurant is at the traffic circle and easily overlooked. The meal started with chips and salsa while we looked over the menu. They offer a large variety of choices. The chips were thick and fresh tasting. The salsa was hotter then I like, but I'm a wimp. That being said I had several chips dipped in it because the flavor was great. I had the burrito with garlic meat. It was very good and large portions. My understanding is that their margaritas are unique.”

“Very enjoyable stay at a fair price. Super friendly staff (Emily was Great) and very clean rooms. Basic Breakfast but hey it's included. English Muffins, Bagels, Cereal, Oat Meal, Fruit, Yogurt, and Waffels....so it's a great variety. Indoor pool and hot tub (100° or so) was an added bonus. We stayed on the pool entrance side but room 201 gives a nice view if Pikes Peak.”

“Such a sweet motel with so much character. Very clean, very nice grounds and friendly people. The floors are a little wonky, but charming and be patient with the hot water, it will come! The location couldn't be better for accessing downtown Manitou, Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We stopped in today for a burger and fries and I honestly have to say it was probably one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had. Absolutely fantastic! And the service was perfect. They let us sit outside on the patio and they were there promptly offering us drinks. Our order came quickly and it was just a fantastic experience. I highly recommend stopping here if you are walking through Manitou Springs.”

“So, I go into Lane Mitchell Jewelers in Manitou Springs. I’m wearing a vintage piece necklace by “Buddy Lee.” The necklace is a substantial piece and highly collectible. Unfortunately, Buddy Lee just recently passed away. So, the art world has truly lost a legend. Anyway, the owner of the shop was familiar with his work and was fiddling with it. He said, “did you know that someone soldered the mask so it doesn’t open?” Long story short…left the piece there and he fixed it. Now I can open the mask and it reveals a face carved in turquoise…just beautiful!! How cool is that?? Buddy Lee’s pieces are always unique. What a great job they did. Love the store and their staff!”

“Beautiful dormatory/apartment-style quarters. Had a higher bathroom with full sized tub and separate shower. They leave a basket of goodies for you in the morning, fresh muffins, fruit, this amazing egg dish, just wonderful! Very comfortable like a home but roomy and posh! The service here is friendly and attentive. There's not your typical turn-down service, so no intrusive interruptions on your getaway. The only mark that was missed for me was the lack of a kitchen. Instead there is a shared refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the hallway between duplex-like entryway. The courtyard is plush, green and well-kept. Just an overall gorgeous place with an earthy, warm, welcoming atmosphere.”

“We stayed here twice. Both times we were upstairs on the deck floor. The rooms were small but adequate. Parking is tight. We spent our evenings on the deck eating at the picnic table or sitting in the swing and listening to the creek below. I would stay again. Friendly staff.”
