“This storage facility itself is great!... climate controlled, spacious units, easy access and very clean and well kept! We got a very good rate upon move-in and signing up was a breeze. However the real star of the show is Jody, the manager. He is extremely helpful, pleasant and honestly one of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve met in quite a while. He definitely went above and beyond to help us on more than one occasion, was even able to refer a local company that helped us last minute with loading/unloading and it turned out to be a great value & experience as well. Highly recommend this place!”

“We hired Mountain Moving to help us relocate our offices from Windsor to Fort Collins. Moving is never fun but it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I felt like they were super careful with our things. They moved lots of desks, tables, conference room table, couches, fridge, computers, servers, artwork, boxes and a fridge. It wasn't an easy move as there were lots of stairs and elevators and a hike from the truck to the doors. They were efficient and worked really hard. I had to practically force them to stop to eat the Freddy's hamburgers I bought for them. Since they charged by the hour, I was pleased to see how they worked quickly and didn't loaf around. All in all, the final bill came out to be less than I expected and I didn't have to lift a finger. Very happy! Thanks so much.”

Everything was very organized, and I was able to place my order online, and then go in and get it quickly. I'm not sure what Google's policy is on pictures of product, so the pictures I am including are only of the plain packaging, and a battery. I love that the flower product was placed in a scent blocking zip sealed bag, so there was no odor at all in the car. They also have a great first time customer discount, and a rewards program. I feel very confidant that they are going to be a wonderful company to keep doing business with!”

“I rented a 4 X 7 utility trailer to move a refrigerator from this location. I was a little nervous because of all the low star and negative review of this location, but it was the closest one to me, so I gave it a shot. I am so glad that I took a chance with this location because Richard Swanson the service associate that greeted me was wonderful. This was the first time that I have ever used a trailer of any kind, so I was a little nervous. Richard very patiently answered all my questions and helped me select the correct hitch that I need. (I had no clue). He was exceedingly kind and knowledgeable, getting me checked out and on the road quickly and efficiently. When I returned the trailer Richard also helped with that and it could not have been more essay. I pulled into the parking lot and he was there to wave me into the area to complete my return. When he got me into position, he unhooked the trailer and muscled it back in to the lineup so that I did not have to back it in myself. The whole process took less than five minutes and I never had to get out of my vehicle. Thank you so much Richard you were fantastic and I would highly recommend this location. Don’t let the low marks fool you, Richard it was a pleasure to work with.”

“Way cheaper than anything in Colorado Springs, and only 12 miles up the road. We stayed for 4 nights and used virtually all their facilities and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly secluded park with not to bad traffic noise, despite being pretty near the interstate. Easy to get in and out of.”

“I had a great experience during a recent emergency visit with my dog. The staff were wonderful, they got us right in. They explained everything in detail and I was giving a cost estimate up front, which turned out to be more than I was actually charged. My pet received wonderful care. Will definitely use them again if we have another pet emergency. My only concern was my dogs steroid prescription. The bottle said "take once a day until directed otherwise" but had no refills allotted. The vet during the visit didn't mention anything about how long or how to wean him off the steroids, so I called to get directions. I needed another refill to wean him off, which was fine, but if I hadn't had experience with steroids, I wouldn't have known about the need to wean him off and once he finished the first bottle, would've assumed he was done with the medicine. Aside from that, everything was great.”
