“One thing that's hard to find these days is an honest and straight forward mechanic that doesn't leave you questioning what kind of work they just did under the hood. Jim is the kind of guy that is personable and some one you could sit and talk to about cars all day. He had taken care of my old Honda Civic with over 250000 miles every time I took it. Every time I brought it in he was very prompt to tell me, that same day, what the issue was and what needed to be done. Once I approved he got it done by the next day. A ONE DAY TURN AROUND! Where can you find a mechanic like that? Maybe a few more days on major work, but I never needed anything more than a clutch replacement as far as major work goes. He'll tell you if it's a serious job or it's even worth it. I held on to my car because I've had it for so long and it's hard to let go of it, but he had no problem talking care of it every time. “We had a leak in our kitchen which ruined our engineered hardwood floors. I interviewed two other companies and chose Through the Woods for a few different reasons. When I first met with the founder Dennis I was really impressed with his knowledge of wood and flooring in general. Not that I know anything, but he was the third contractor I talked to so I had some knowledge at this point. He took quite a bit of time with me exploring my options and describing different product options. Since we had oak floors and wanted to stay that way, Dennis recommended Somerset Red Oak Engineered Hardwood. He explained the cost benefit of the product in that the veneers are sawn instead of rotary peeled like some cheaper brands. Also they offer generally longer length boards and are made exclusively in America from American wood. He seemed very meticulous in his attention to detail in explaining the process and his estimate. Once we had the schedule nailed down the owner Chris took over and managed the project. The crews were timely and polite and left the job site very clean each night. They communicated regularly through the whole process and did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. The crew finished the job ahead of schedule and results are fantastic!!! The floors looks beautiful and the installation appears flawless. I highly recommend this company. The intake staff or representative was very efficient and pleasant and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. The nurse was also efficient & polite. The PA that I met with, Jennifer, was very helpful regarding my issues as well as doing the testing and explaining everything. She was a very good listener and sent in a prescription, prior to my knowledge, regarding one of my issues.In spite of why I was there, it was a very pleasant experience.”

The staff was friendly, the ATM units were disinfected after each use & the gentleman that assisted me explained how to order an expiring debit card online & described ALL the Chase services I can complete in my online app. Above & beyond?
