“My fitness assessment was done by Brianna. I have played golf most of my life, stayed in pretty good shape but I have never been tested like I was during my assessment. Brianna was excellent, very detailed in what was going to be done and why. I was checked for balance, flexibility, range of motion from head to toe. I was very impressed on the thoroughness of the exam. I came away with a better understanding of where my strengths and weaknesses were. Next step will be to begin training sessions and learn what I need to do to get the most out of my body for golf. I highly recommend going for the assessment and then decide where you want to go from there. I want to get my body in the best condition it's ever been in for golf and I feel like this is the place to do it.”
