“Dr. Caroline Howell is my physician and she is the most professional, understanding, kind and patient doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. She always listens to exactly what I’m feeling and experiencing and helps come up with a game plan to help. I am so happy I discovered this clinic close to my house because I actually feel taken care of, respected, and listened to which can feel like it comes few and far between in the medical community in my past experience. Additionally, Lisbeth is always incredibly welcoming and sweet when I call to schedule appointments or check in. She’s very professional and kind! Christa also has a super friendly and kind demeanor and I’ve loved interacting with her when I’ve been there. I felt compelled to write this after an appointment I had today didn’t go exactly how I wanted. I voiced my concerns to Caroline and she listened to me and understood and we came up with a game plan. I was so relieved and happy and couldn’t be thankful enough for her poise and grace in resolving the situation! I highly, highly recommend this clinic to every one I know in the area. “Worst day, fixed by amazing Alaska airlines employees. Our day started out waiting in line for US customs in Vancouver airport. My girlfriend and myself got sent to secondary inspection, where we were put in a lineup that took 2 hours and 30 minutes to finally speak with US customs agent. Resulting in us missing our flights, and connector flights. When it started getting close to the time of our boarding time. I mentioned it to one of the agents, he chuckled a bit and said yup we are working hard at getting you guys through. And they would pay for our ticket loss if we missed it and were granted access. (which they didYou’d think with how many border guards there was they would be able to get 6 people through in less than 2.5 hours. But no, they don’t care. They were extremely rude with us as we were very patient and very polite. Making us feel like prisoners. Once they let us through the border guard actually lied when I asked if they will be covering our missed flights, she said they would and to follow her, and one of there agents on the other side of a one way door would help us with it. We got to the other side of the door and it was where all the gates are, with no agents in site. Our flight had already left and no one was at the gate anymore. We found another Alaska airlines gate and talked with the amazing Alaska airlines reps and they gave us the number for “Alaska Airlines in Boice Idaho. “ I called the number expecting to be on hold as I know airlines are very busy. My call was answered almost immediately with the most kind, helpful, and professional representative for any company I’ve ever spoken to. Her name was Susanne Hoffman. With limited flights she did all she could to get us on the immediate next flight to get us off toward our destination. After us telling her why we missed her flight she asked if I could hold a minute while she talked to her superior, the man behind the scenes “Vinnie”. Very quickly they had us booked on the very next flights, and on top of all the great customer service they even waived both of our ticket prices!! Now our tickets originally cost us over $700!! Not only did they waive our ticket prices, but the Alaskan airlines at the gate gave us $24 worth of food vouchers we could use while we waited for our next flight. None of this being their fault or responsibility, they definitely treated the situation amazingly. I’m not someone to write many reviews but in this case I honestly can’t believe how amazing Alaska airlines has treated both my girlfriend and myself. We are both extremely thankful and will definitely be booking again with Alaska airlines. Thank you so much Susanne Hoffman & Vinnie! From the Boice Idaho location! You guys rock!! As soon as I walk in the door they look up and say Hello Mr. Bye, even if they are in the back ground. Some of the good employees have transferred out of this location like Tina and Noel, but still have excellent individuals like Gina, Gloria and the young gentleman with my same date of birth month and day, but not year. My veins have a tendency to roll, especially in my left arm so the experienced techs makes sure a new tech is aware of this fact before they attempt to stick me. There are other employees there that are great, I just don’t remember their names. They all sincerely care about your comfort level and taking great care of you. James Bye”

“I want to thank Phil and Justin of Diversified Golf Cars of Orlando for building an amazing custom golf cart for my mom. My mom is 90 years “young” and loves being outside in her yard gardening. It was difficult for her to continue to get around much less carry all her gardening tools. They were able to build a cart that has holders for her tools, a stainless steel flat bed in the back to hold plants, mulch, weeds etc. Saying mom loves her cart is an understatement. She has the mobility to get out in her yard and do the things she enjoys which includes visiting the neighbors and going to the mailbox for mail. You have definitely made a 90 year old very happy including her family watching the smile on her face as she heads out on her new “ride”! Great job!!”
