“I had a relaxing and amazing vacation here. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The room was very clean and nice the balcony was definitely a nice addition with the view of the splash park and water. I enjoyed the feeling of home in the room with a kitchen and wash machine and dryer. The location is great and your not far from anything. I will definitely be returning. The only thing i wish they had a better way of getting splash park passes but for now you have to go to the lobby daily to get your passes”

“Kolb Park is simply awesome! It’s right beside Indian rocks Beach maybe two blocks down on 16th and it’s super safe, super friendly and super nice! Love coming here to play basketball before I go to the beach or after I leave the beach! They have a school skate parts they have tennis courts a bath or a water fountain picnic tables and a pickle ball court which I want to try! Everyone I’ve met here is super friendly and super nice and always offer water and ice cause it’s hot but to thunder stop playing basketball in the heat trying to be on top! Thank you kolb park, You brighten my day and earned a loyal citizen who will always come there to play! Shout out Lorrie and Bryan pickle 👍”

“We love staying at the Monteray. We stay a couple months in #8. The unit is Great! Has everything you need. Really clean, neat, nicely decorated, and stocked with great kitchen pans/utensils, etc. They also offer Beach gear, which we generally don’t use as we bring our own. But a very nice gesture. Great quiet location but walking distance to restaurants with Trolley stop right in front. The pool is clean and heated. We also enjoy the quieter beach by the Monteray. We’ve made friends with the other long term renters there and it’s so nice to see them every year. We really like working with Barbara, the manager of our unit, and the majority of units. She really cares about the units she manages and the whole Monteray. We saw her weekly. She’s very easy to talk to and very responsive! We can’t thank her enough about the care she does for the Monteray and the guests!”

“We haven’t been here in many years. The food was very good. Service was good. The restaurant is very clean. They have a wide selection on their menu for all the picky eaters such as my kids who can never agree on the same thing. We had the garlic bread for an appetizer. I split the pizza with one daughter as my other daughter had the shrimp pasta. We did have leftovers therefore the portions to say the least are rather big.”
