“I've been planning on making reservations at this hotel. I was in town and decided to drive by and just check it out. Mr. Jackson greeted me. (Front desk supervisor) He gave me brochures for the spa and hotel, and he gave me a full tour of the facility. He was fantastic and professional. He was thorough and told me all about the place. He showed me the pool area, dining area, room types, and views. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. That kind of service makes all the difference in the hotel you choose to spend your 3-day weekend. I will definitely be staying here. It exceeded my expectations of class and quality. 💯”

“Beautiful location, friendly staff that make you feel like family. We stayed in an oceanfront corner suite and the view took our breath away not to mention the sound of the waves crashing at night. The bed was comfortable and there was a mini kitchen in the room. They provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and umbrellas for all your beach needs. We were given a paper menu to make our breakfast selections for each day and there was a wide variety to chose from. Parking was on site and a permit is handed to you upon check-in. We highly recommend and we will be back for sure!”

“Clean and private campground! Each spot is spacious and secluded between a Grove of trees so you get shade and privacy. There are a limited number of spots in the rear of the campground that face a lagoon. There's a small dock where you can fish right on the property and a small sandy area to walk or swim. You do have to walk across the street to get to the beach from the front of the park but there's a public parking and beach access right there and traffic isn't too bad so its an easy cross. The pool is at the front as well. It was hidden a bit in the trees and gated. You can't see the pool itself until you go through the gate. It's totally private. The pool has a ramp to get in. I thought that was super cool for handicapped people but it was also pretty convenient for us to enter and exit! It's about a 20-min drive to the historic district of St. Augestine and the beaches. We loved the convenience of driving right on the beach. We were impressed with how clean the beaches were. Great trip!”

“Have used O since moved here 6 yrs. Ago. Always upfront and honest, professional, clean waiting room. Taking appointments mostly, the wait time is minimal, depending on service needed. I had blowout on US1, night before, first thing in AM. I called. They ordered a new tire, it was in that afternoon. It took 35 min. And they checked other 3 tires.. Always a great experiences deal with them.”

“We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was amazing. The atmosphere because of every employee that worked there was amazing. I can't rave enough about our stay. Thank you to Michelle, who cooked us a wonderful breakfast every morning and greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. Kory at the front desk was very helpful with ALL my questions. The owner and his sister were so kind and hospitable. “My partner and I stayed at RI over an extremely Memorial Day weekend and considering it seemed like they were sold out the entire time, we we're impressed. Overall the property was quiet- with the exception the train, which I imagine is not within their control, but honestly was not that bad and we easily slept through. We arrived pretty early (think noon time), so our room wasn't available yet, but the lady at the front desk had no problem allowing us to lounge by the pool, and provided us towels to do so. As soon as our room was prepped (maybe 40min), she brought us out our keys and had us nice and close to the pool. The room was clean and surprisingly true to photos. We did have to turn the ac down as it was an icebox when we walked in, but this wasn't a real problem. We had plenty of snacks and drinks available for our choosing in the lobby and both Ashley & Jeanette were helpful in making restaurant and attraction recommendations. Another young lady- I think they said her name was Angela was also quick to get us extra bath towels when we asked late one night as well. Unfortunately we did have to cut our stay short a day, but they refunded us for the remaining night and pointed us to a deal Choice has for an upcoming weekend. We will definitely be back soon, as we are only a few hours away and there is still much to see.”

“The apartments or condos seem to be a fair size it is outdated throughout most of the complex as far as location it's perfect and very quiet area. Walking to get breakfast lunch or dinner can be done without much effort as it is right downtown historical St Augustine”
