“Amazing experience! And this is one of the only hotels our family has been to with actual beds for five people!!! Great service, great stores and restaurants. The grounds and swimming pools are immaculate. Service and cleanliness were perfect. You can't go wrong here. My only complaint is: the area around the hot tub is WAY TOO BRIGHT at night time!!! I've never been to any resort where the hot tub area was lit up like a football field at night time. Nobody wants that, people!!! Remove some of those lights! That's not relaxing.”

“I have stayed here several times now. I have stayed in a large portion of Disney resorts and this is the best hotel Disney offers - period. The grounds of the entire resort are immaculate, the restaurants are perfect, and the decor is beautiful. The problem is that when you go home your house might seem like a dump compared to these rooms.”

“Attended my nephew's basketball tournament here after my daughter's soccer tournament didn't work out. I was a little alarmed at the 18 dollar spectator price at first but after attending 3 games it was worth it. They also offer length of event which could be beneficial if your team is winning. The concession stand was convenient and generous. I paid 4 dollars for a drink cup which provided me with 3 additional refills at no extra cost. They also have an all day cup for 10 dollars. The seating in the arena was comfortable and perfect for watching the games. First time attending a sporting event at this venue but I will say they host a variety of sports at high level competition that has a level of excitement unmatched anywhere else.”

“Double bed room review: the beds are comfortable, with a small but capable bathroom area. There's a mini fridge, alarm clock, TV, and lights. The decor feels a little dated, but the room is clean with no problems to speak of. The staff are friendly and helpful, both security and front lobby. No in-room microwave. You can get a small gift card code emailed by skipping traditional room service in favor of towel/linen drop-off and pick-up. Mine hasn't yet arrived, so I'll inquire and update. The location offers convenient shuttle service to all areas of Disney World. As a resort guest, you receive a free Magic Band wristband for Park entry, fast pass, storing photos, etc. Florida residents receive larger discounts on tickets by purchasing them through the official hotel booking site instead of park tickets only. The same is likely true for all customers. Check these prices before you purchase elsewhere. Our park tickets ended up being an average of ”

“I stayed here for three days, although spent whole day at Disney parks but really nice facilities.such as extended hours for restaurant up to 12pm. Unlimited wide variety of hot and cold beverages if you buy a Disney tumbler there. Very neat and clean swimming pool with life guards always available during working hours. Theme based hotels. Well connected bus service to the parks Neat and clean,nice place to stay. Also we get extra magic hours, if we stay any Disney resort.”

“Nice hotel only 1 mile from the Disney parks!! Great value for being so close. Some of the common areas around the pool needed to be addressed...torn furniture...understand it was not a peak vacation season but these should be addressed a guest should not see the broken things. Our only issue with the stay was a wedding that was taking place on the property Saturday night. Family and I were in the pool at the end of the night group of out of control teens were running all through the area, very loud and rude...boys stripping down to underwear and jumping into the pool, filming themselves for social media, and using inappropriate language around my young daughter...no security or parents in site. I had a work issue to take care of after cleaning up from the pool...found the "security guard" sitting in the business center at 1 of the computers”

“Great customer service. Two fun pools, an arcade, and free movies every evening. While one party member is in line for check in or checkout, the rest of the family can wat h a movie in the lobby. The food court is nice and the chefs are more than happy to accommodate any allergy issues. While it is more fast food type of a menu, it is accepted for many dining plans.”

“We were a little worried after reading some reviews, but our worries were put to rest upon arrival. Check in went smoothly. Staff even accommodated our request for ground floor and early check in. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and up to date. The carpet had a few spots by the door, which is to be expected because you walk straight in from outside. Beds were comfortable. Pool is nice with two nice cabanas and new looking lounge chairs around the whole pool. You can find any restaurant within a short distance. Two negatives are that you can hear people talking outside and there isn't an elevator if you are on a floor other than ground floor.”

“Decent resort for the price and not much more. This place was built in 1972 and updated in 2009. I'm sure it was a great place back in 72, it still is today, I'd class this resort as a great bargain. There are multiple clean and heated pools. We stayed 3 nights and overall we'll stay again. Don't expect too much from this resort, the staff was friendly and I would suggest not going for the "free" breakfast for the discount park tickets. This resort is still a great place to crash a couple of nights. The rooms include the usual basic cable, coffee, mini fridge, safe, clothing iron, hair dryer, shower, etc. The location couldn't be better if you are planning to do everything in the area, shopping, parks, etc. They do offer transportation to the parks, at least they did when we visited back in 2018. One thing I actually hated about the resort was the constant wet walkways around the resort, the maintenance crew pressure washes the walk ways constantly to keep them clean, and it sucks to be walking around and have water drip on your head from the second floor. I don't believe this is always common, but it was like this during the morning the 3 nights we stayed. Other than that, you can't beat the price. It's much better than a motel 6 and other bargain places to stay, just keep in mind that this isn't an upscale resort, and its perfect those who are not only looking for a good deal, but also looking for a place in between a Hilton and a Knights inn.”

“Great place to stay, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Went on a family vacation to Disney world in November. We recommend this place to anyone with a small to large family as it has 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms. They have a pool but we did not use since we had Disney tickets and got back pretty late. out door grille was supper clean. trash was picked up 2 times daily I believe. best of all no pests or roaches.”
