Surfside Beach

Address: 269 93rd St, Surfside, FL 33154, USA

Park

“Great beach, plenty of public space (condos have some chairs and umbrellas reserved but there is tons of space in between their areas). The beach is relatively narrow but there's easily enough space for four or five rows of people if it was full (it was not even close to crowded when we were there on a Sunday afternoon in July). Water was perfectly clear and shallow enough to walk out about 50 yards.”

Hialeah Gardens Park

Address: 13397-13501 NW 107th Ave, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018, USA

Park

“Hialeah Gardens park is a great family spot. With it's various sports & arts programs, swimming pools, playground, etc., families can't go wrong. My children of different ages enjoy it very much. Also, it is a good place for parents to socialize in a down to earth, family friendly scene. My only negative opinion is that the playground needs to be maintained better. While it is safe to allow toddlers to play, it is becoming rundown.”

River Campground

Address: Jupiter, FL 33469, USA

Campground Park Lodging

“Good campground. Restrooms/showers were clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful at night. Nearby park store has ice, firewood, and many other items. Heads up: Google street view images are out of date and inaccurate. Reservation website is much closer to reality. I've included a pic of the campground map provided to me by park staff upon entry. It is accurate and up to date. Spaces can be a little close together but we had great neighbors so it wasn't an issue. Camp host on site. Overall a good value. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“Love this park! We went on the boat ride down the river to Trapper Nelson's. The guide gave us information about the wildlife, plants and trees. The tour guide at Trapper Nelson's was wonderful as she explained the life of the Trapper. A must see!! They also have canoes, horseback riding, camping areas, hiking trails and even cabins to rent. Jonathan Dickinson Park is beautiful! I have been here several times and will continue to return.”

“Quaint and quiet little park. Brought my dog for a walk and there was a maintenance person working incredible hard the entire time, picking up leaves something. Either way, it was immaculate, so whatever concerns had been voiced about the cleanliness of this park have definitely been addressed. It's exactly what you'd expect in a sleepy small town.”

Great place to snorkel in the crystal clear water. The "reef" is pretty minimal but there are a few fish and crabs. Parking is super limited; get there at 9AM.”
