“Great security. Great, great, great management. Maintenance is usually pretty timely. Clean (not sure about the pools though). Nice buildings. Post office can keep packages at the main office if you request it. The 30 and 10 routes pass by. Lied Center/West Campus across the street from the main office. Very close to Daisy Hill and Engineering. Across the street from the police department. Some buildings seem to be older and may be a little drafty, but the ones I've lived in didn't have that issue. Very great place for the price you pay.”

“I lived here for 3 years it was a great experience. Becky, the property manager has been very responsive to maintenance requests and help with other questions. We had a situation where we had to move out very quickly, and Becky was very understanding and accommodating. They also have a wonderful maintenance worker who made several updates to our apartment including a taller faucet for easier dishwashing. It's little details like these that a mom really appreciates ????. The grounds are well kept, though I recommend the playground could use some love, but there is a small park just down the street that is a short walk away. The complex is quiet and the tenants are respectful. If you choose to live at Laurel Glen, you can't go wrong.”

“These people have been great for the most! I've been a tenant with them for a little over 2 years now. It is a shame to see negative reviews, but in my case they've always been straight forward and nice about everything they do. In that case, i can see why some people can see them as rude because i just dont think their use to not being beaten around the bush with which can make it seem as if its rude to be told straight forward of what the problem is. I have experienced problems with house utilities(such as water pipes, heating, and ventilation) but the second i tell them about the problems they are willing to come right away and get the problem fixed for me. I know their numbers have changed a few times which could of confused some tenants but they usually seem to never miss calls and if they do then they typically call back in the next 2 minutes. they are very manageable and humble to try and help with issues and rent. within the last year especially they've really stepped up their game and i plan to stick with them for awhile (: .”
